He later became a Soviet intelligence agent. He is emotional, he exudes a boyish Charm, sometimes manifests himself as a playboy. Velinsky has a prototype for the chief of police from the Kingdom of Bulgaria, Nikolai Geshev. He was a young and breakthrough police officer, later elevated to the head of the secret service of the kingdom, and after September 9, 1944, became an agent of American intelligence. Velinski is calculating, with a cool and witty mind. He refrains from being too cruel to the Communists.

And because of her hard work, a lot of documents had been discovered analyst and stored, and many unknown and interesting facts about his work and life are now resurrected for the next generations.

What happens onscreen repeats life - cutthroat fight for power, dirty political games, hits below the belt, disclosure of information, pressure and desperate journalistic resistance. Illegal wiretapping, espionage, discrediting sex affair evidence, racketeering and scam are genre approaches that keep the viewers on the edge of their seats.

After days of luckless attempts to solve the problem the past-master's brother come into sight. Knowing the Lelin's tricks he find a hat built in the chimney.

Having managed many hardships, he is finally back in Bulgaria where he will have to face other funny and not so funny surprising encounters.

- The billy goat has come down to earth with a mission - to prevent people from finding a treasure hidden near an ancient Thracian sanctuary. The trumpet player, Jonah, moves into the remains of his grandfather's house near where the treasure is hidden. In a tunnel under the house he finds a stone with a bird engraved on it and a map with an inscription in Arabic: "To have a house of gold, fall onto the sky and find the twin!" A copy of the same map brings Rumba and Emma to the same place. Rumba is Bulgarian and a passionate treasure-hunter. His wife is American and studies Bulgarian folklore as a way to fight globalization. Rumba wants to buy Jonah's property so he can find the treasure. Jonah, whose flat in town was taken away from him by other foreigners because of debts, is afraid that the newcomers will deprive him of this property, too. A conflict arises between the foreign woman and the trumpet player that is strengthened by Jonah's extreme nationalism. Two more people get mixed up in the conflict: Anani, Jonah's elderly neighbor, and the Gypsy Ivanka, a woman Jonah sleeps with from time to time. Emma and Jonah start out as bitter enemies. They go through a number of ups and downs until in the end they begin to feel strongly attracted to each other.
