- Raffy is on a high as she meets Ryder but soon feels ill and has to call Mason, missing the exam. Mason is furious and threatens to dispose of the oil. Raffy confides in Ryder and he talks Mason into continuing the trial under controlled conditions. John and Marilyn return with Jett and Tori is soon looking after him at the hospital. Scans show that he has spinal cord damage and has lost all sensation below the waist. Jett continues to insist he can feel his foot despite evidence to the contrary.
- Tori tells John there's no doubt Jett is paralysed but Jett refuses to accept it and sends him and Marilyn away. He later admits to Jasmine that he's worried John and Marilyn will have to look after him. Leah sends Justin to check on Tori, who later nearly catches them together when she comes home early. Ben struggles to cheer Ziggy up on her birthday so Dean takes her back to his caravan for some beers. He pulls away when she tries to seduce him and she leaves upset.

Jasmine spreads the news of Robbo's return around town. They meet at Salt and he explains he went to see his parents but Jasmine still considers them to be over.

Ziggy convinces the others to go clubbing with her in order to celebrate Willow passing and Dean finishing community service, with Jasmine accompanying them to avoid Robbo. Irene tells Robbo to stay away from her. Justin books a motel room so he and Leah can have alone time but she says she's too busy to come. Colby encourages Willow to tell Dean she wants to be with him but he is annoyed that she's only saying it because she thinks he's with Ziggy.
- Maggie explains to Colby that Bella won't give a reason for the graffiti. Ryder realises she did it to impress Raffy. Roo overhears and passes the news on. Bella apologises to Simone, who is shocked to hear it's her. She decides to resign and leave town and Brody decides to go with her. Raffy and Ryder join Bella in cleaning up the graffiti. Dean lets Ziggy sleep in his caravan and Willow sees her leaving the next morning. Colby encourages her to tell Dean how she feels so she waits for him in his bed only for him to reject her.
- Ben and Maggie worry about yet another late night for Ziggy. She goes into work but Justin quickly realises she is still drunk and sends her home. Brody arranges a breakfast with Simone at Salt as a first date and getting to know you. However, Simone then sees the graffiti, which Maggie and Roo have already found. Bella joins Raffy in making digs at her about it and Raffy is happy to hang out with her again although Ryder is suspicious. Maggie asks Ziggy if she was responsible, upsetting her, and then accuses Raffy. Ryder convinces Bella to own up.
- Raffy, Ryder and Bella arrange to go for a walk together but Simone wants Bella to meet her in the photography lab at that time so she claims she has to go shopping with Colby. Roo lets the truth slip and Raffy is angry that Bella lied to her. Things are awkward between Leah and Justin after she rejected his plan but, after a talking to from Roo, Leah gets things back on track by surprising Justin in his bed. Jett answers Colonel Porter and Lieutenant Colonel Gregory Haynes' questions about the bombing although he is confused on some issues. He tells John and Marilyn he is going to the funeral of one of the soldiers. Bella breaks into the school and graffitis "HOMEWRECKER" on Simone's office door.
- Simone explains what happened to Brody and takes Bella on a photography assignment to avoid Maggie only for her to bring the Year 12s down the beach for a Maths trip. Raffy rejects Simone's offer of help and Bella feels uncomfortable being friendly to Simone in front of Raffy and Ryder. Brody learns he was rejected because of his criminal record while Mason and Raffy are both unhappy he was planning to move out. He tells Simone about his drug addiction and she decides they should put moving in together on the back burner until they get to know each other. John and Marilyn are given permission to take Jett home but all of them struggle to acclimatise. Jett learns that a Colonel Kate Porter wants to question him about the incident and worries they think he did something wrong.
- Bella is furious with Colby, Willow and Dean for keeping Ross' murder from her and refuses to stay with them. Willow talks to Bella, telling her not to romanticise Ross. Colby still plans to hand himself in the next morning but, when Bella finds out, she convinces him not to leave her. Maggie tells Simone not to come into school with Bella away so Brody decides to spend the day with her. Ben and Maggie convince Ziggy to go into work although she refuses to patch things up with Justin. Ben and Ziggy see Brody and Simone having a picnic together and Ziggy punches him.
- Mason is unsympathetic on learning about Ziggy punching Brody. Justin decides he needs to build bridges so gets Raffy, Mason and Ryder to have dinner with Brody and Simone. Raffy had earlier told Simone she didn't want her tutoring her but Mason convinces her to change her mind so it will explain her improvement. Ben and Ziggy try and convince Maggie to fire Simone but instead she tells her she won't give her a hard time if she stays away from Ziggy. Justin also assures Ziggy she still has a job. Raffy is stressed before an exam and, against Mason's instructions, takes a double dose of cannabis oil.
- Ziggy runs into a group of visiting youths on the beach, one of whom, Mark, tries to chat her up. Despite Ben, Maggie and Dean's warnings, Ziggy spends the day hanging out with them but Dean steps in when Mark gets heavy. John and Marilyn contact Chaplain Wilson for help and he informs Jett the investigation has cleared him. To their shock, Jett decides to move out. Dean finds Mark and his friends waiting for him at the van and next morning Mark and his friend Drew dump Dean unconscious in the bush.
- Simone realises that Brody hasn't told his family about the move after he is cagey around Justin. Leah and Roo find Robbo with the collapsed Jasmine and help get her to the Diner but she sends Robbo away and also Tori when she tries to check on her. Irene suggests she has unresolved issues with Robbo. Jasmine tells him that her mother died in a car crash when she was six on the way to pick her up from school and a year later her father just disappeared leaving her at the school gates. Leah gets movie tickets to Yabbie Creek and Roo tries to get her to take Justin. Brody tells Tori and Justin about his plans to move away and is annoyed when they try to talk him out of it.
- Jett cancels his session with Willow, depressed about no longer having anything to work for, so John and Marilyn agree to find him a place nearby. Robbo tries to talk to Jett who dismisses him until he learns about his family dying, which prompts him to call Wilson for help. Dean buys Ziggy a car to do up to give her a new distraction. Irene worries that Jasmine is overworking herself while Willow tells Robbo not to give up. Robbo joins her for a run but she collapses.
- Colby and Willow notice Dean's absence. Ben finds him walking injured along the road; he refuses to go to hospital or to the police so Ben takes him back to the farm. He and Maggie leave Ziggy alone to patch him up. John tries to talk Jett out of leaving while he has a session with Mason. Against Irene's advice, Marilyn phones Wilson who tells Jett there is no accommodation available. Ziggy breaks down out of guilt in front of Dean.
- Raffy and Ryder tell Mason that her grades are improving while Mason gets snapped at by Brody, who is annoyed at his family's lack of support. Mason tells Tori and Justin they need to let Brody make his own decisions and they invite him and Simone for a family dinner. Colby encourages Bella to spend time with Raffy and Ryder but when she learns Raffy is upset about Brody leaving she worries Raffy will hate her, only for Raffy to reassure her. Maggie arranges Roo as a temporary replacement support assistant but, although Bella turns up to school, she seems less than happy with the arrangement. Justin arranges to meet Leah for a chat and she assumes he wants to sleep together. He wonders what happened to them being friends.
- Willow tries to reassure Dean while Ziggy admits the truth to Ben and Maggie. Dean loses his temper when he sees Simone helping Bella, causing her to leave. Colby worries that Bella doesn't have any friends and also suspects Willow still has feelings for Dean. Brody tries to take Dean to task for his treatment of Simone but Ziggy comes to Dean's defence, causing them to smooth things over. Brody invites Simone to stay the night at his place.
- Willow refuses to buy alcohol for a drunken Ziggy and Dean gets her to take her home. Tori and Jasmine encourage Jett to try out a wheelchair but his first attempt is a disaster that leaves him with a cut leg. However, after a talking to from John, he has soon mastered it. Maggie and Ziggy take the day off together but when Willow sees her avoiding Dean, she assumes they slept together. Ziggy admits he turned her down but Dean's attempt to clear the air just results in a shouting match in front of Ben and Maggie.
- Bella questions Irene about Dean before going to school. Willow gets Jasmine to look after Dean while she tries to talk Colby out of confessing. They tell Dean, who isn't happy but accepts it. Willow takes Bella out of school to stop Colby telling her but Jasmine stalls her long enough for Colby to find them. Jasmine deletes Robbo's number after he fails to respond to her message. Colby tells Bella he killed Ross;she is furious and walks away from him.
- Brody and Simone wake up together, while Leah ushers Justin out of the house. Justin, Mason and Raffy are all uncomfortable to find Simone stayed the night. Brody asks Simone to move in with him but neither Justin nor Mason are happy with the idea so he agrees they'll find somewhere else. Colby asks Raffy and Ryder to hang out with Bella after work. She initially sends them away but later does hang out with them. Roo leaves a phone message and texts Ryder to say she's coming home early, then walks in on Justin and Leah.
- Bella's good mood evaporates on having a class with Roo. She leaves school during recess, when she is supposed to be meeting her, to try and spend time with Raffy and Ryder but Colby takes her back to school. When Roo again tries to get to know Bella, she deliberately sets off the fire alarm and Maggie sends her home. Justin tells Leah they should either go back to being friends or start dating. After talking it over with Marilyn, Leah chooses the latter and kisses him in front of everyone in the Diner.
- Bella refuses to listen to Colby but is unaware Raffy is frustrated at missing a meeting because of the evacuation. Willow and Roo both try to talk to her without success. Leah and Justin are out and proud, going for a meal at Salt, but the news make Willow uncomfortable. Alf returns but Roo and Ryder are too busy to spend time with him. Maggie tells Colby she is suspending Bella. Colby takes her into work and threatens to lock her in a cell if she doesn't co-operate.
- Roo is amused at Justin and Leah's friends with benefits arrangement and when Raffy and Ryder turn up, Raffy soon realises what's going on as well. Roo is shocked to learn Martha was in town and no-one told her. John and Marilyn ask Ben to make adjustments to the house for Jett. Maggie worries about Ziggy spending all her time going out and getting drunk. Raffy suspects Justin is afraid of commitment but Leah posts a blog in which she extols the virtues of no strings sex.
- Tori is due her twelve week scan and leaves a message to Robbo letting him know. Leah's blog has Irene, Tori and Jasmine speculating that she has a new boyfriend. Justin is infuriated and Roo suspects he has developed feelings; he denies it but things remain awkward. Tori and Jasmine arrange for Jett to have a training session with Mason at the gym. He is left dispirited by his limitations but is buoyed when they suggest he can come home soon. Mason tells Jasmine that Tori is going to the scan alone so she insists on accompanying her. Robbo turns up at the hospital.
- Robbo panics over the situation and, when Jasmine tells him she has an appointment tomorrow, says he has to work so she should go with Irene. Willow reveals she could have covered if he'd asked. Alf takes John for a drink so Marilyn can take Jett to the Diner where he eventually learns to clear the tables. John accepts he can do more for himself. Alf gives Justin a warning about hurting Leah. After a talking to from Willow, Robbo turns up as Jasmine is about to leave and says he wants to support her because he loves her.
- Ziggy's drinking causes her to embarrass herself with Brody, Dean deals with Willow's announcement and Brody and Simone hit an unexpected problem with their rental application.
- Brody and Simone's argument is witnessed by Dean and Ziggy but they later decide to put it off with Simone taking casual shifts until Brody's sure. Roo worries about Alf missing Martha and discusses Bella's progress with Maggie. Bella is bored hanging out with Colby and Willow, thinking Dean should be with them. Maggie shows Ziggy a flyer for a charity banger car rally and Ziggy decides to enter it this year despite only having two days. Ben and Maggie excuse themselves and Dean ropes Willow, Colby and Bella into helping. Bella is unhappy, especially when Ziggy asks Dean to partner her in the race, and tells everyone it's wrong.
- Ryder attracts Alf and Marilyn's attention and Raffy is rushed to hospital. Tori tells Leah to stay out of family business and Justin sends her away from the hospital. Mason thinks Raffy's seizure proves him right and changes his statement, wanting to publicise the treatment. Leah is reluctant to talk about it on her blog without Justin's agreement but he says he agrees with her and Tori agrees to put it to Raffy's medical team. Roo is more at ease with Martha leaving after joining her and Alf for a last dinner. Brody gets an offer on Salt but gets cold feet and snaps at Simone that maybe he doesn't want to sell.
- Robbo is distant when driving Jasmine home. They meet up for a drink and she suggests they get back together but he feels he needs to sort out his issues first. Roo is delighted at having her parents with her but is upset to learn Alf and Martha are planning to carry on living apart. Raffy comes home from school after feeling ill; she and Mason are certain it is because she stopped taking the oil but Tori thinks it's simply the idea making her feel anxious. Leah is told what's going on and, when Mason wants to use a medical necessity defence, tries to get Justin and Tori to support him. Ryder finds Raffy having a fit and fails to bring her round.
- Willow attempts to talk things over with Dean but he is annoyed with her and Colby for not respecting his decision. They later talk and he tells her even though they're not going to be together she'll always have a special place in his life. Jasmine arranges to meet Robbo but the situation is awkward before being interrupted by Colby showing her the photo Dean got of them kissing, which he tells Robbo about. Tori encourages Robbo to go and see Jasmine again but she ends up having a panic attack.
- Marilyn prepares for John and Jett's return. Robbo calls Tori to look after Jasmine and she realises she's had a panic attack. Jasmine later overhears Robbo asking Irene if he should leave town and confuses him by saying she's spent years wishing he was there. Leah and Justin struggle to find time together. John and Marilyn hope Jett has got over things but he seems more withdrawn, refusing to go to physio because he believes he should be dead.
- Bella chafes under Colby keeping her at the station and tricks Dean into coming to get her. He talks to her about struggling at school and tells Colby to stop the tough love. Bella accepts that acting out isn't helping her fit in and apologises to Roo and Maggie. Alf is shady about his reasons for coming home, hiding calls from Martha and shooing Raffy and Ryder out of the house. Martha turns up and tells Roo they're seeing each other. Mason decides to reapply for an internship at Northern District Hospital and asks Maggie for a reference. He goes to collect more cannabis for Raffy but is stopped by the police.
- Ziggy and Dean set to work on the car, with Dean taking $200 from his private stash to pay for a new radiator, although Ziggy is down about Brody selling Salt for Simone. Mason calls Brody for help and is advised to keep Raffy out of it so he doesn't get charged with supplying a minor; he is charged with drug trafficking. Justin and Tori are furious at what he's done but also support him. Alf and Martha explain their reunion to Roo who accepts it. Brody tells Ziggy they need to sort out a divorce.
- Ben advises Ziggy to talk to Brody. She suggests they split their savings 50/50 but Brody wants to give her half the profits from Salt as well. Ziggy refuses but does decide to take all their savings. Alf encounters Jett and is worried to find John doing everything for him, telling Marilyn he has an idea to give him some independence. Jasmine asks Tori to find her a counsellor to talk through her problems. Tori advises Robbo to talk to him as well.
- Robbo takes Jasmine to her counsellor, Aiden Wilcox. Justin agonises over a surprise date for Leah, asking Maggie and Alf for advice, and eventually gives her a surfing lesson. She enjoys it but he then gets a call saying something's happened to Raffy. Maggie encourages Ben to make up with Justin. John and Marilyn help Jett with ideas for his future and he decides he wants to help other soldiers who have returned injured although Marilyn worries he is setting himself up for a fall. Aiden invites Robbo into the session and Jasmine learns he found out Tori was pregnant on the anniversary of his family's death. Aiden tells Robbo he needs counselling.
- Bella is unhappy about the idea of Ziggy and Dean being alone, despite Colby and Willow trying to reassure her, and tries to stay when they pull an all-nighter fixing up the car. John gets details of counselling courses for Jett but Wilson doesn't think it's the right fit. Jett is left despondent again until Alf gets John to take him to some veteran organisations, where he comes up with the idea of telling people about his experiences. However, he is then offered some accommodation in the city. Willow, Colby and Bella help get the car ready and Dean agrees to accompany Ziggy. They drive off, unaware Bella is hiding in the boot.
- Colby tries to gee Willow up and she convinces him not to worry about Bella's absence. John and Marilyn worry about Jett moving out but Alf tells them it's his decision. However, Jett also feels he won't cope but eventually they all decide to stay in the city for a while to look at the apartment. Jasmine chats to Willow about her counselling, saying she's been told to keep a journal. Bella reveals herself to Ziggy and Dean once they get to the rally site but, instead of taking her back, Dean calls Colby who turns up.
