- Higglytown is full of everyday heroes like Mail Carrier Hero (Kathie Lee Gifford), Fireman Hero (Donald Faison), and Bus Driver Hero (Stuart Pankin). This inventive series taught children about their ever-growing environment in an entertaining way.
- Fripp opens up a new hot-dog stand near the Ferris Wheel; The kids decide to go camping.
- It's baby Pookie's 1st birthday. The kids suggest having a party. Bitty agrees, but not until Pookie wakes up from her nap. After a song about how "it's not a party without friends", Pookie wakes up crying and won't stop. What could it be? Enter the Pediatrician. Turns out Pookie is teething. The Pediatrician rubs some salve on Pookie's gums and the crying stops. Now the party can begin./ The kids & other townsfolk are all flying kites on Higgly Hill when a gust of wind blows the Baker's hat up into the air. Eubie saves the hat and, as a reward, the Baker invites all the kids to his fancy restaurant for dinner. Eubie sings about the anticipation of going to a new restaurant. Once there they are all given menus. Only problem is the menu is full of exotic food they've never heard of. How will they order? Enter the Waiter. He explains.
- Eubie helps his Aunt & Uncle take care of their birds and, because he does such a great job, they buy him Flappy. But since she left the pet store, Flappy's not happy - she doesn't whistle or do loop-the-loops any more. The Higgly Kids need a hero! Enter the Vet, who checks Flappy out and tells them that Flappy misses her mate. Eubie's Aunt & Uncle buy Eubie both birds so everyone's happy./ The Higgly Kids favorite tv show is on tonight and all the kids are going over to Kip's house to watch. All the kids and Kips family find things to turn on to help make it a perfect night - a disco ball, more lamps, a fan. So many things are turned on that the electricity goes out, right before the tv show is supposed to start. They need a hero! The electrician comes and sets everything to rights.
- Uncle Lemo tells the Higgly kids the story of the Pumpkin Monster.
- The kids seek to form their own summer camp; The music room gets flooded before a performance.
- Unkle Zeke invites the Higgly Kids and family to Higgly Island for an adventurious vacation. In between all the fun Island activities, the kids discover a genuine native Higgly Island wooden crown, carved by the ancient Higgly Islanders. Though the crown brings a royal amount of entertainment to the kids, it also brings them a string of back luck. The only way to break the curse, according to the native Higglyhunes, is to kiss a whale, drink coconut milk and place the crown on top of King Hoppo's statue, located at the very top of a mountain. Though at first, breaking the curse is an ocean breeze, The Higgly gang run into trouble when the stairs leading to King Hoppo's statue crumble. To get back on top of things the gang calls for the help of our heroe, the Helicopter pilot. Finally, after being lifted to the mountain to break the curse, the gang lift their spirits with a celebratory Luau.
- 2004–200823mTV-YTV EpisodeFran is delighting the kids with her vine-swinging abilities. The kids want to swing too, but the vine isn't strong enough. Fripp decides to build five tire swings on the tree so everone can play. After a song they all hop on their new swings. The whole tree begins to tilt. Too much weight. Now the tree is leaning right over Fripps house and it might fall. Enter the Tree Trimmer. He trims some heavy branches and attaches a cable. The tree is ready for swinging./ Wayne's chocolate erupting volcano wins the school science fair. He wins ten coins. The kids sing a song about what he could do with the money. Wayne says he wants a new toaster but it costs 15 coins. He chooses to save his money until he has enough. But where should he put his coins in the meantime? He doesn't want to lose them. Enter the Banker. He expalins that a bank is the perfect place to keep his money until he has enough to buy the toaster.
- You could blame Shadow, the dog, for being cute and you could also blame him for not having any manners;" Doggone it Shadow" Kip ruefully sings when Shadow makes off with his red flag for a school project. Even worse, Shadow sneaks into school with Kip and makes a mess of the whole day! Well enough is enough is enough when the Dog Trainer steps in to teach Shadow some doggy etiquette and a couple of new tricks to boot. Fetch Shadow!/ Ship Ahoy! The Higgly Kids are on a seafring adventure with Captain Steve and his Crew. On the high seas the kids learn about keeping the boat well maintained in a song called "Ship Shape Shanty", and later Captain Steve rewards their efforts with a Treasure Map. Hot on the treasure pursuit the ship runs into a big rolling head of fog ! Before things get too soupy, the Lighthouse keeper shines the crew's way back on track.
- The Higgly kids are at preschool, getting ready to nap, when their teacher tells them that a new kid is joining the class. Now they're excited. Except Wayne, who's afraid the kid might be scary. Later in the day the teacher introduces Juanita. She's not scary. As a matter of fact, she's a lot like Wayne. They decide to ask her to play. But, when they talk to her, she only responds with "Que?". Fran realizes Juanita doesn't speak english. Enter the Translator. Juanita gladly accepts the invitation to play./ The kids are at Eubie's house playing "sing along with Flappy" when they hear a rumbling from the living room. It's Mellie & Zooter playing a strange instrument, getting ready to perform with the orchestra. The kids decide they want to be in an orchestra so they all get instruments but, when they play, they sound horrible. What are they going to do? Enter the Orchestra Conductor. He teaches the kids how to play together and they sound great. Mellie & Zooter join in to make music together.
- The kids & Fran are washing Fripp's hotdog cart while he is away buying supplies. When he returns, a pack of dogs smell the food and chase Fripp up a tree. After the dogs leave, Fripp sees that his cart has disappeared. The kids use there senses to try and find the cart. They look & listen for the cart but still can find it. What are they going to do? Enter the Police Woman with her trusty dog Jiffy. Jiffy uses here sense of smell to find the cart, which had rolled down a hill./ The kids and Fran are excited about taking a ride on Mellie & Zooter's boat "The Rusty Gnome". They are going to visit friends at Barnacle Light. On the way they see all kinds of strange boats. Suddenly their boat lurches to a stop. They've run aground and are stuck. If they don't get unstuck, they won't be able to see their friends. Enter the Tug Boat Captain. He uses his trusty Tug to pull The Rusty Gnome off the sand bar and they still have time to visit their friends - a flock of pelicans.
- The kids are at Kip's kitchen table making macaroni hats. The phone rings. Who could it be? Bitty says she has to go to Aunt Susie's but that Grandpa-pa will be babysitting. Grandpa-pa makes a mess while making hats and goes to the bathroom to clean up. He promises to teach the kids how to play "Macaroni Pirates" when he returns. Oops, he locks himself in. The kids need to call Aunt Susie to find out where the key is but they don't have the number. Enter the Operator. She saves the day./ It's fall and the kids are having fun playing in the colorful leaves. Problem is there's not enough leaves in Uncle Lemmo's yard to make a REALLY BIG pile. They gather leaves from surrounding yards and make a large pile to play in. Once done it's time to clean up their mess. After a song about the joys of cleaning up, the kids discover all the trash cans already full. Enter the Sanitation Worker. He loads all the bags into his truck and Uncle Lemmo's yard is clean again.

- Twinkle has lost a tooth and is very excited about meeting the tooth fairy. The Higgly Kids feverishly prepare for her arrival, but as they are cleaning the tooth, it falls down the drain! They need a hero! The plumber comes and saves the day./ Eubie has a special potted flower that he loves very much. He loves it so much that he overwaters it and nearly kills it. They need a hero! The Gardener comes and teaches the kids about proper plant maintenance.
- 2004–200830mTV-Y7.4 (16)TV EpisodePlunkie drops the kids off at a studio for art lessons. The teacher, Nikki, is blind and she explains to the kids how she uses other senses to make her art. Twinkle decides she wants to make her mom a surprise piece of art. When Plunkie arrives to pick them up, Twinkle hands her art to Kip to hide. Kip panics and hands it to Wayne, etc. When the kids get home they realize they left Twink's art at the studio. How can Nikki bring the art over if she's blind. Enter the Seeing-Eye Dog to save the day./ Uncle Lemmo takes the kids and Fran to the Higglytown Diner for breakfast, where they hear the employees talking in a strange "code". Lemmo explains what slang is and the kids catch on quickly. Everybody orders eggs but it's soon discovered the diner is of eggs. They look everywhere with no luck. Enter Granpop Crink, who just happens to be an Egg Farmer. He drives his egg truck to the diner and stocks the fridge. Everyone sits down to a big breakfast full of eggs.

- Henrietta the cat can't be found, even though it's her birthday and the Higgly Kids have gathered yarn as a present for her. They look all over and finally find her in a tree with her new kittens! While rescuing her & her kittens, Kip gets stuck in the tree. They need a hero! Some fire fighters come to rescue him./ Eubie is sad when his fun Grandpop Crink has to leave after a visit. The other Higgly Kids try to cheer him up by pretending to be Grandpop, but it doesn't work. Eubie & the kids decide to send Grandpop a letter in the mail. But how does it get there? They need a hero! The letter carrier explains how mail works and how it can cheer people up.
- 2004–200823mTV-YTV EpisodeIt's the day of Twinkle's big ballet recital and Wayne is dressed in his best outfit. Against his better judgement wayne joins the other kids for a game of Higglyball. Sure enough, he rips his pants. Just then his Mom calls him into the house. If she sees his ripped pants she'll be really mad. Enter the Tailor to save the day. He fixes the pants good as new./ Eubie's cousin Jax is visiting from the big city. The kids give a tour of Higglytown, pointing out things and asking if he has them in the city. Yes, Jax explains, the city has all these things and bigger buildings. Just then Pizza Guy drops by and says he's going to the new slide at the park. They all go and it's the biggest slide Jax has ever seen. He climbs to the top but gets scared. He can't slide or climb down. He's stuck. Enter Playground Monitor. She help him slide down and saves the day.
- It's Acorn Day and Fran is excited. After she explains what Acorn Day is, she shows them her prized Acorn Day Barrel. A gust of wind blows her barrel down a hill and it breaks. Fran is crushed. The kids paint another barrel and surprise Fran. She loves it but it begins raining and washes the paint away. Can they paint another one or will it rain again? Enter Weatherperson. She informs them that the weather looks good so the kids and Fran paint another beautiful barrel./ Kip is in bed as Bitty takes his temperature. The kids are outside asking him to play. The thermometer says Kip is fine but he soon discovers that Bitty has now caught a cold. He plays with the other kids but feels bad that his mom is sick . He wants to make her feel better. He decides to paint her a card. They all begin painting but discover there is no green paint for the leaves on the trees. What do do? Enter the painter. He mixes yellow and blue paint and saves the day. Bittly loves the card.
- The kids learn about bees while searching for Higglyberries.
- 2004–200823mTV-YTV EpisodeIt's a rainy day and the kids are inside playing with Baby Pookie. They begin telling stories about when they were babies. Fran tells her tale. The kids can't believe Fran was ever a baby and want to know more. The rain lets up so they decide to hike to Fran's childhood home - a large tree in Higgly Forest. Along the trail they come across a skunk, a fallen tree and finally a washed out section of trail. Without the trail, how wil they find the tree. Enter Forest Ranger. She guides them./ The kids are at Kip's house playing with Shadow, a new dog. They're trying to teach him tricks. Fran show the kids a trick she knows. The kids ask how she learned it, but as she tells the story, they get scared by a mysterious thumping noise. They look but see nothing. Again they hear the noise but can't figure out where its coming from. Fran can't finish her story with the noise happening. Enter Detective. He concludes it's Shadow's wagging tail making the mysterious thumping.
- Kip and the others want to join the circus and the Fricky Frack Funhouse catches on fire; Mr. And Mrs. Barber have a baby.
- 2004–200823mTV-YTV EpisodeWayne's Toasty Invention: Wayne invents a new lunch recipe. Spell it Safe: Kip and his class go to see his big sisters, Wiki and Tini, in a spelling bee at the big kids school.
- Kip's dad takes the kids bowling.
- A visit from Great-Aunt Shirley means the Higgly kids are in for something special! Aunt Shirley takes the kids "Up Up Up" in a hot air balloon ride where they sing about the farther you go up, the smaller things look down below. Soon enough the Higgly crew spot three Big Horned Rams on Higgly Mountain and go down to get a closer look. Unfortuntaley they get too close, as one of the rams accidentally puncture their balloon, leaving them stranded on an isolated peak. How will they get down the mountain? Enter the Mountain Rescue squad./ The Higgly kids are going to the Higgly Crafts fair. Fran teaches them the importance of sticking together in large crowded places. She sings them "Higglycheck!", a good way to make sure everyone is accounted for. Afterwards, Wayne wearing a bunny mask is hopping excitedly all over the fair. Then, just when Fran calls for a Higgly check, Wayne comes to a stop and pulls off his mask, realizing he doesn't see his friends; he's lost! Before the gang and Wayne get too worried, the Higgly Police help Wayne find his way beack to his friends. An imporant lesson to all children is to look for the Police when lost or in trouble.
- "Biggest, Tallest, Longest Day" will be ruined if the gang can't find enough yarn to knit the longest scarf for the event.
- The kids are going to Higgly Biggly City to see the Happy Hairy Higgly Monsters. The kids play with a dog named Shadow.
- The kids are having a HFST Club meeting but don't know what to do. They decide to ask Wiki & Tini what they do at their Helpful Spider meetings. Wiki & Tini tell about the pizza making contest they're having. The kids decide to have an ice cream sundae making contest and pick Kip to be judge. Later, with all the sundaes infront of him, Kip takes a spoonful of Wayne's entry. Kip grabs his mouth in pain. Kip has a cavity. If he can't eat ice cream, he can't judge the contest. Enter the dentist to save the day./ The kids are chasing a large ball in the park when Wayne spots a large lollipop on a candy cart. Wayne is in awe. He goes over to the cart as the rest of the kids play. Suddenly the ball is flying toward the cart. Wayne makes an amazing catch and saves the cart. The cart's owner gives Wayne the lollipop as a reward. After much licking, Wayne re-joins the kids at play. He crawls through a tunnel and the lollipop gets stuck in his hair. Enter the barber - he snips the lollipop out and even gives suckers to all the kids.
- All of Eubie's pet birds escape after a visiting Buki Buki birds crashes through the roof. With a little help from everyone all the pet birds are wrangled back together, even the Buki Buki bird helps Eubie get Flappy back! The only problem is there's still a hole in the roof and no one has the tools to fix it. The only person that can patch things up is the Roofer Hero./ Twinkle is a blooming poet and she is writing a poem about Higgyltown for the Poetry Share. Along the way, gathering inspiration from her Higglytown citizens, Twinkle and the kids meet Nacho Bruce who uses sign language to communicate. Nacho Bruce The next day at the Poetry Share,Twinkle realizes Nacho Bruce doesn't have anybody to sign with which means he won't know what she is saying in her poem. The only way to make sure everyone is included in the Poetry Share is with the help of the Sign Language Interpreter Hero! Not only does the Interpreter sign Twinkle's poem for Nacho Bruce, but he also interprets Nacho Bruce's poem for everyone. Now that's sharing!
- Easy to Get Sneezy: Twinkle adorable new bunny, Fluffy, makes her sneeze. Unlock the Magic: The kids convince Pizza Guy to put on a magic show for the whole neighborhood.
- Zooter and Mellie are teaching the Higgly kids how to play shuffleboard in preparation for a cruise line vacation they're all taking to Swiggly Swallow Island. Competion gets a little heated up when Zooter tries a little too hard to win the game which results in twisting himself out of alignment! The only way to straighten Zooter out in time for the vacation is to have a little therapy with the Physical Therapist Hero! Stretching, the Pysical Therapist reminds us, is a good way to start excercing, and a great way to start a vacation!/ The Higgly kids want to know how Pizza Guy finds his way around to so many places when he's delivering pizza. To explain, Pizza Guy gives the Higgly kids a history lesson in how Higglytown became to be! We flashback to the time of the settlers, who have a quirky likeness to our Higgly kids. Back then, the settlers blew on their Mogglyhorns to call on Butternut Squash Guy to deliver a healthy meal of butternutsquash. As Higglytown grew so did the demand for butternut squash. And so Butternutsquash guys needs the help of the Map Maker Hero to keep track of where everyone lives! Pizza Guy, just like Butternut Squash Guy, uses a map of Higglytown to make all his deliveries!

- 2004–200823mTV-YTV EpisodeThe kids are excited because they are taking a trip to the candy store. Along the way they begin counting things. Once at the candy store, they are overwhelmed by all the candy. But the best looking candy in in a jar on the counter. They all want to buy some but the owner tells them it's not for sale. It's part of a contest. Whoever guesses how many pieces of candy is in the jar wins. Their first guesses are way off. Enter Teacher- she helps them guesstimate and they win the prize./ Fran is reading the kids a picture book about a girl and her elephant friend. The kids wish they could see a real elephant and maybe be friends with it too. They go to the zoo and spot an elephant. The kids draw pictures for it but, just as they're about to show them to him, a gust of wind blows the pictures into the orangutan enclosure. How will they get their pictures back? Enter Zoo Keeper. She gets the pics from the orangutan and shows them to the elephant - who thinks they're great.
- Mellie, Zooter and the kids are driving through the countryside on the way to a hoedown. The kids ask "what's a hoedown". It's a big party, country-style with square-dancing replies Zooter. "What's a square-dance?" After a song explaining what it is, the kids are extra excited to get there. But a cow is blocking the road. They try to get it to move but it won't. If the cow doesn't move, they'll never get to the hoedow. Enter the Cowboy. He wrangles the cow and the gang makes it to the party in time./ The kids are in Eubie's room playing with his new Turbo 3000 Turbo sled. Fran arrives and informs the kids that it's snowing - they can sled for real outside. They all go to Higgly Hill and take turns trying to go the furthest. Fripp pulls up in his hotdog cart. The kids convince him to take a turn. He goes so far that he gets stuck in a snowbank. Once out, he tries to leave but his hot dog cart is now stuck in the snow. Enter the Snowplow driver. He clears the road and Fripp is off to sell his dogs.
- The kids are playing in Wayne & Twinkle's sandbox when Plunkie calls them inside for lunch. Reluctantly they go inside but they all wish the same thing - to have lunch AND keep playing outside. The idea of a picnic comes up. After a song about what to bring, with sandwiches being tops, it's discovered that there's no bread! Eubie fed it all to the birds. They need a hero. Enter the Baker. He teaches the kids how to bake bread and the picnic is saved./ Eubie and friends anxiously await a package from Granpop Crink. After taking guesses at what it could be, the package arrives - it's a strange ball. They sing a song pondering what type of ball it is. Pizza guy enters, tells them it's a Higglyball and briefly explains the rules of the game. The kids play but, not knowing the rules well enough, don't have any fun. Enter the Sports Coach. He explains the concept of teamwork. The kids play again and have fun.
- 2004–200830mTV-YTV EpisodePlunkie is reading the final few words of a PJ Butternut book to Twinkle. Then it's off to the library to help set up for a reading by Ms. Butternut herself. Twinkle rounds up the rest of the gang. After setting up chairs & a small buffet table, PJ arrives. But so do hundreds of kids. There's not enough food! Pizza guy makes a huge pizza and delivers it via a helicopter. But the pizza falls on the library and covers it. Enter crane operator. He uses his crane to lift the pizza and saves the day./ The kids & Fran are at the hardware store looking at paint. Uncle Lemmo is letting them pick the color for his fence. They decide on purple. Back at his house, they see Lemmo's neighbor Gloria painting the fence yellow. Lemmo and Gloria argue over who gets to pick the color of the fence. They can't decide. Enter the judge. He settles the dispute and tells them to compromise. They decide to paint half the fence yellow and half the fence purple. Everyone's happy.
