- Dancer Sean Asa goes to Hollywood and forms a group with Andie West and his friend Moose. Together, they will need to face the renowned Grim Knights in a famous competition.

- In training to become officers of the Vancouver Police Department (VPD), Rob and Sean visit the VPD's chief recruiter, Sergeant Steve Elson, who gets them to write the entrance exam, which is based primarily on grade 12 Math and English. Beyond passing the exam, Elson talks about what they look for as characteristics for a good police officer. He then takes them on a their next exam, a 2.4 km run around Brockton Point in Stanley Park, which they must complete in under 12 minutes. This test may be difficult for each of them for different reasons. Elson then takes them to see Becky Swan, the VPD Fitness Coordinator, who will administer the POPAT - Police Officers Physical Ability Test - an obstacle styled course which mimics many maneuvers police officers face in real life. The push-pull machine may be the most difficult aspect of the POPAT, which has 4 minute 15 second pass time. They are then taken to the new VPD Tactical Training Centre, where they learn safety aspects from Sergeant Clive Milligan and Constable Darren Hall. This training includes how and when to use the baton, pepper spray, and most importantly their pistol. They are then taken to the scenario room to do some role playing. The experts then decide whether Rob or Sean would make the better police officer.
