- Cinema Novo is a movie-essay that investigates poetically the most important movement of Latin America cinema, through the thoughts of its main auteurs: Nelson Pereira dos Santos, Glauber Rocha, Leon Hirszman, Joaquim Pedro de Andrade, Ruy Guerra, Walter Lima Jr., Paulo César Saraceni, among others.
- Drylands could be anywhere, just as Marcélia Cartaxo could be many women (including herself). The actress is placed in a situation in which she encounters nature and other female figures, in some instances, her doubles. Mixed with Flamenco dancing in the beautiful landscapes of New Mexico and the elements of water, mountains, fresh air and sunshine, VIDA has a positive and spiritual message. Shot on location in Chimayo, Santurro and Santa Cruz Lake. The film is directed by Richard Gablick and the wonderful cinematography by Ricky Chavez.
