- Five quirky teenagers become dinosaurs to fight crime.

Blinded by his good looks (and maybe his racing lights) Sapphire doesn't realize she's just being used to help Mica build a super-skoot! The BFFL come to rescue Sapphire from the fast crowd -literally- but it's not until a narrow escape from Officer Irons that she comes to her senses... just in time for some revenge on her first beau.
- When the five Trollz try casting a spell together - to make Coal less of a klutz - there are unexpected consequences! Coal freezes to a block of ice and a terrible earthquake hits Trollzopolis. The girls meet the mysterious Obsidian, who introduces them to the lore of the Trolls. Obsidian takes them to the Ancient World, where the girls overcome obstacles and set things right in the world above.
- To avoid ridicule from friends, Sapphire returns her new pair of shoes only to purchase another fashion emergency, a magic mirror pendant. When the magic mirror flatters Sapphire's ballooning ego, her head gets stuck in the clouds and she accidentally opens a magic portal! The friendly face from the mirror was Simon! Only the magic of the five can bring Sapphire back down to earth - pun intended.
- The girls are on the run from Sheriff Snarf's ogre deputies when the come upon the perfect way to sneak into "King" Simon's castle: disguised as a traveling troupe of male actors (girls were not allowed). Just before Simon's massive clockwork magic-absorber can suck all of the magic out of Olde Worlde Trollzopolis, Sapphire's clever adjustments send the magic streaming back - and send Simon and Snarf flying out of town. Trollzopolis is changed back to its loud, bright, modern self.
- Jealous of the girls' magic, the boys go to the Amber Caves to get magic for themselves. Coal tries to talk them out of it, but to no avail. As the boys make their way through the caves, Simon tracks them. While crossing a chasm, Coal loses his hoverboard. Fortunately it makes its way to the girls, who rush to the rescue. They arrive to find the boys messing about with amber and are cornered by Simon. The girls fend him off but cause a cave-in. Eventually they find a way out but the boys' lackluster attempt at fixing the sacred altar has negated all magic.

- Still frustrated about not having found her Ancient, Onyx makes a return visit to the Haunted Woodz. Unfortunately, Onyx falls into the hands of Simon who transforms her into a tree - déjà vu anybody? Things get scaly when the angry dragon returns...but wait, he's helping her escape! Apparently he was never a mean dragon, just a misunderstood old Ancient transformed into a dragon - with a case of REALLY bad breath!
- It's the Tenth Annual BFFL day, ten years of friendship, NOTHING can get in between our Trollz except... Garnet! The new girl in school breaks up BFFL, but Ruby soon discovers Garnet's true identity! The other girls are brainwashed, but a revealing reflection in the Mystic Fallz breaks the spell. Garnet's no troll, she's SIMON! The BFFL reunite at the camp site to send "Garnet" packing...for good!

No need to worry, as long as the BFFL find the powerful ring before it gets into the wrong hands...Wait!-- What's that on Simon's finger? The ancient ring! It seems that all hope is lost for the Trollzopolis Dayz Faire until Coal saves the day and shows Simon that chivalry isn't dead.
- While the BFFL are busy trying to follow Ruby's party rules, Snarf - disguised as cute troll Gravel - crashes Jasper's party. Someone tell Snarf it's not a costume party. Going goo-goo for Gravel, Ruby splits up the group, a perfect chance for Simon to make a guest appearance The girlz need to kiss and make-up if they ever want to get back to the party, NO SIMONS ALLOWED.
- The BFFL girls discover that their belly Gem's are dimming. A quick fix they try is revealed to be a trick by ogre-dog Snarf (in drag!), who lures them into the Shadow World to free his master, Simon the Gremlin, from eternal incarceration. Only by working together can the girls escape Simon and bring the glow back to their gems.
- When Jasper decides to have a party, Topaz is left Trolled over by the love train and will do anything for an invite. In an effort to win him over, Topaz uses spells to first change herself then accidentally changes Jasper into a sneaky geek. As per Cinderella rules, the BFFL have 'til midnight to change Jasper back into Topaz's sweetie-pumpkin-- but can they escape detention first??
- Caruso creates an internet show about pets, but the show is a disaster and Caruso gives the pets to his dino teammates... which could become a real disaster when the pets begin to mutate into monster pet-a-sauruses.
- Caruso auditions for the popular television show, "U Famous." But his quest for fame could cause Caruso to reveal his secret dino identity on national television.
- An Internet game takes a dangerous turn when Buzz accidentally reveals personal information about himself and the Dino Squad, to a new online friend.
- Veloci creates a herd of mutant-moose-a-saurs, but before the Dino Squad can trap and de-ooze the creatures the Squad must first overcome their fears (real and imagined) in order to survive a night in the wilderness.
- Mutant bees invade Kittery High School and the Dino Squad receives much needed help from their classmate, Liam, an unusual teen with Asperger Syndrome.
- Caruso cheats and uses his dino-powers to win a football contest, but the ultimate victor could be the villainous Dr. Veloci, who uses Caruso's dino-signature to track down the Dino Squad!
- Buzz creates a phony photograph of a rock star dinosaur and sells it to an online bidder.
- On the way back from a school field trip to the History of Magic Museum, Rock's jealousy of the girls' magic starts a foolish fight. After Ruby's anti-Rock spell ends up shutting down both the bus and Mr. Slate, the Trollz are stranded in the woods with only ravenous Ghost Dogs for company! The boys must leave their jealousy behind and cooperate to get the magic school bus moving again. The wheels on the bus...
- According to Obsidian, our Trollz have until sunrise to find a tree trunk from the Haunted Woodz to replace the Sacred Altar. After playing the blame game, our Trollz decide that in order to mend the magic mishap, they must first trust each other. Finding the tree isn't much of a problem...but the Cyclops guarding it might be! Without any magic it seems the Cyclops has the upper hand - not to mention a MUCH bigger one.
- When the rest of the BFFL gets rude and rowdy, Ruby becomes suspicious. What could make the girls turn their classmates into chimps? What could make them cast a spell on the principal? What could make them brainwash Trollzopolis?? SIMON. Apparently the evil hypnotic cookies Simon fed them at Mystic Fallz weren't duds after all, just a time release, and time is up for Trollzopolis.
- Simon has gained complete control over Trollzopolis. Mr. Slate informs Ruby, Rock, and Coal, that the only way to end this ruthless regime is to travel back to the origin of evil - Simon's home. As soon as they find Simon's weakness, the brainwashed BFFL finds them! Coal's compassion brings them back to normal while Rock hard skull crushes Simon's old trophy and destroys his powers...now that's using your head!
- School's out for vacation and the BFFL are ready to party! Vacation has a slow start until the girls go on a secret trip to Trollhiti to visit recuperating Ancients Spinell and Zirconia. Unfortunately, Topaz has trouble keeping quiet and when the secret is leaked, Simon grabs his sun block and goes tropical. Simon pays his own surprise visit to the two Ancients, but the Power of the Five cuts his trip short.
- Frocks and stocks come back into style when Simon makes a roaring return and spells Trollzopolis back into the Middle Ages. While the rest of town is caught doing the time warp, the girls are on the run from Sheriff Snarf and one love sick Ogre. To bring the town back to date the girls must free Obsidian and the rest from Simon's spell. Willst thou saveth the day?
- Now that Simon is gone, it's time to have some fun in the sun! Surfs up! But when some local surfing studs take the BFFL out to sea, they encounter a sea monster that would make Jaws tremble. To turn off the stirred-up, monster-making magic and prove she's not afraid to help (or swim), Sapphire must follow her new Ogre friend to the secret cove of the sea monster and save her friends.
- The BFFL have a problem: Not only is their vacation time winding down but so is their patience! As the girls lose all control of their temper, their anger causes the eruption of Mt. Krakatrolla. Having wasted their magic fighting, the girls must combine what's left to put the volcano to rest. The girls escape with bad hair but at least they'll be alive long enough to fix it
- Frustrated by Obsidian's refusal to reveal the identities of the other two Ancients. Onyx and Topaz go on a midnight mission to unmask the mysterious missing Ancients. Following a vision from a dream, Onyx leads the way to find Zirconia - an Ancient who's been trapped transformed into a tree. The two save Zirconia from captivity, but its Obsidian who saves all three from becoming dragon fired rotisserie.
