Lindalee Tracey Award
- The award was established by the colleagues, friends and family of Lindalee Tracey. Writer, filmmaker, journalist, entertainer, mother, Lindalee Tracey was one of the brightest and liveliest Canadian artists. The underlying theme of her work was to champion those who are often ignored, underestimated and forgotten and to celebrate those who rise above disadvantage. Lindalee passed away on in October 2006 after a long illness.
