Movies I've fallen asleep to
As an avid movie junkie I rarely ever fall asleep during films, however there have been a few occasions. I have only counted the films that I fell asleep to upon first viewing.

- DirectorFran Rubel KuzuiStarsKristy SwansonDonald SutherlandPaul ReubensFlighty teenage girl Buffy Summers learns that she is her generation's destined battler of vampires.I have since watched the whole film, and it really isn't terrible, but let's face it. You must be in a certain mood to enjoy this film. This is in fact the only film I have ever fallen alseep to in a theatre (And I have seen a ridiculous amount of films in the theatre.). I did make it quite a ways through as Kristy is hot and Donald is well, Donald. Donald the great shall we say? The primary factor in falling asleep during this one must have been the enormous amounts of alcohol consumed before show time. Snore...
Exactly, this is just a drunk teenage story. - DirectorKenneth BranaghStarsKenneth BranaghEmma ThompsonKeanu ReevesYoung lovers, and soon to wed, Hero and Claudio conspire to get verbal sparring partners and confirmed singles, Benedick and Beatrice, to wed as well.Well I think this one speaks for itself, doesn't it? Snore! Then again, I was probably 18 years old when I saw it. I'm actually pretty big on a few films Branagh has directed, but this one not so much.
- DirectorAlfonso ArauStarsKeanu ReevesAitana Sánchez-GijónAnthony QuinnPaul Sutton, a young married soldier, befriends a pregnant lady who is petrified her father will disown her, and agrees to pose as her boyfriend. As time passes, they start growing fond of each other.Well I have yet to see the whole film, but I intend to see it all one day. I really don't have anything bad or good to say about the film as I fell asleep near the very beginning of this one. Mostly due to the fact I was very tired and recovering from an injury at the time.
- DirectorSally PotterStarsChristina RicciCate BlanchettOleg YankovskiyA young refugee traveling from Russia to America in search of her lost father falls for a gypsy horseman.Really not that bad, but definitely slow.
- DirectorChristopher NolanStarsChristian BaleHeath LedgerAaron EckhartWhen the menace known as the Joker wreaks havoc and chaos on the people of Gotham, Batman must accept one of the greatest psychological and physical tests of his ability to fight injustice.Well let's just say I wasn't as excited by this film or the Ledger performance as most people seem to have been. I liked Ledger's part, but really felt the writing was by far the biggest factor in the characters brilliance, rather than the acting. Clearly I think Ledger pulled off some better performances in his career than this one. I have not been big on any of the action scenes in Nolan's Batmans. To me they are a snore fest. Christian Bale also gives the most uninspired performance of his entire career in this one. I didn't hate this film when I eventualy did see it all. However I do subscribe to the highly overrated vote. Burton seemed to be able to carry my mind away with his caped crusader, but Nolan's Batman's just makes me cringe. Where's the pillow?
- DirectorPaul NicholasStarsShari ShattuckAngel TompkinsLucinda CrosbyA young woman wrongly convicted of a bank robbery is sent to a prison run by a corrupt warden. She struggles to survive the harsh prison life, where violent bullying, sexual assault and drug addiction run rampant. It's pretty lame.
