Paul Thomas Anderson

All of his films are incredibly different, each one of them a masterpiece. This man could take the dullest situation imaginable and make it incredibly enthralling through the use of his panoramic visual style that shines so consistently well. I love all five of his films but this is how I rank them.

This is probably PTA's quirkiest film, and it is really a true gem. It might be the smallest and simplest of his films, but it is still great.
