- DirectorRussell MulcahyStarsDuran DuranSimon Le BonNick Rhodes"Save a Prayer" is an exotic video filmed among the jungles, beaches, and temples of Sri Lanka. Band members sing the song while interacting with the Sri Lankan people around their tents and fishing boats on the beach, much of which is shot at Unawatuna and Talpe on the South coast. Le Bon slow dances with, and attempts to woo, a beautiful woman who eventually leaves him. Scenes of band members atop the rock fortress of Sigiriya, and among the ruins of a Buddhist temple at Polonnaruwa, are inter-cut with images of the island and its people. Sigiriya is the core of an ancient extinct volcano in the center of Sri Lanka, and is the site of historic rock carvings and paintings, many of them featuring mildly erotic and bare breasted women in tune with many of Duran Duran's early video imagery.

The video was directed by Steve Barron, and once again utilizes animation techniques which show singer Morten Harket "morphing" into various animals (an eagle, a white shark, and a lion). In 1986, the British TV show Blue Peter featured a special documentary on the making of the "Hunting High and Low" video.

- DirectorSteve BarronStarsIan BurdenJo CallisJoanne CatherallThe video for the song was filmed near Slough, Berkshire, during November 1981 and has the theme of the filming and editing of a murder-mystery film, featuring the band members as characters and production staff. Due to it being a "making of" video, both crew and camera apparatus appear throughout. It was conceived and directed by filmmaker Steve Barron, and has at its core the interaction between a successful actress played by Susanne Sulley walking out on "film director" Phil Oakey on a film set. It is loosely based on the film A Star Is Born. Near the end of the video, Wright, who also plays a film editor, has an expression on his face, while the camera pulls back to reveal that the negative room where Phil Oakey, Wright, and Sulley were working in is yet another set.
- DirectorBrian GrantStarsTony HadleyJohn KeebleGary KempThe song has been speculated to be about a veteran of Vietnam, who is drafted and suffers from PTSD; the lyrics are told from the man's point of view as a boy being drafted, how he gets no answers as to why he must join the war. "To Cut a Long Story Short" was Vince Clarke's inspiration to write Depeche Mode's "Just Can't Get Enough", to which the keyboard style bears a certain similarity.

- DirectorDavid MalletStarsDavid BowieFreddie MercuryThe video for the song features neither Queen nor David Bowie due to touring commitments. Taking the theme of pressure, director David Mallet edited together stock footage of traffic jams, commuter trains packed with passengers, explosions, riots, cars being crushed and various pieces of footage from silent films of the 1920s, most notably Sergei Eisenstein's influential Soviet film Battleship Potemkin, the silent Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde starring John Barrymore, and F.W. Murnau's Nosferatu, a masterpiece of the German Expressionist movement. The video explores the pressure-cooker mentality of a culture willing to wage war against political machines, and at the same time love and have fun (there is also footage of crowds enjoying concerts, and lots of black and white kissing scenes). Top of the Pops refused to show the video due to it containing footage of explosions in Northern Ireland, so a choreographed performance was instead shown.
