Taking place after the events of part two, where Roger Smith's twin sons Adlai and Dick are born; one of them is suddenly kidnapped and taught to be evil while Adlai is determined to foil the fiendish plot and save Tromaville.
Troma Movies are fun and violent and stupid. In small doses, they're worth the time. But as I've marathoned the Class of Nuke 'Em High trilogy I've gotten more and more bored with them. The problem isn't so much me, it's the fact these films have very little of what makes Troma fun, especially this third installment with so little schlocky action or gore and a ton of (mostly) bad humor. It doesn't need to exist, something you could say about most Troma movies but this one especially. It's the least fun I've ever had watching a Troma movie, and I'm a huge fan of Lloyd Kaufman's antics. The only thing that is redeeming about this is, again, Brick Bronsky who is chewing up the scenery. Aside from that, this is one movie I wouldn't advise anyone watching.
