Decent content

by HelmutKnut | created - 18 Oct 2012 | updated - 18 Sep 2022 | Public

All the movies, series, documents, animations, cartoons etc. in this list have no nudity at all. 000,000%: nudity (men or women) (real persons or animations) (no matter if heterosexuals or homosexuals).

I will not add any films/series that have homosexuals (men and or women) in them even so the films have 000,000% nudity.

I will also not add any films that have animal cruelties.

And: No films with very sensitive content ("flesh eaters" (meant are NOT animals!)).

All the films in this list are mostly family-friendly (if they have no serious violence)

I saw all the films with my own eyes. That means that I do not read anything on the internet about the content then add it to the list here before I didn't saw. It may also be that I remove a title, because when I later see an uncensored version that is not appropriate.

The modern Hollywood comedy movies contain so many sexual contents and the movie makers think its funny to show breasts and sexual acts in a funny way, but its is NOT! I hate those damn modern comedies where I can NOT laugh!

The older comedies are almost just comedies without any sexual acts or nudity, like Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy's most movies.

Finally a movie in which the Muslims are not presented as terrorists. Far too many Hollywood movies always show Islam as the religion of the anarchists.

Unfortunately, Sylvester Stallone uses his muscles too much, rather than his mind. But at least this Rambo version is better than the previous ones.

By the way, Mr. Stallone does not show his bare buttocks!

Director: Henry Koster | Stars: James Stewart, Wallace Ford, William H. Lynn, Victoria Horne

Votes: 58,222

A very good drama about a sensitive man who has an invisible friend. A man who invites everyone to eat and drink. A man who even directs the doctors and sisters at the clinic for the mentally ill people on the right path.

With some funny moments that are neither sexually nor idiotic.

I do NOT hope that Hollywood will make a modern version of this film. Then we will see only bare breasts, sexual innuendo and stupid actors/actresses who know nothing other than sex...

100% violence-free.

45. Uno sceriffo extraterrestre... poco extra e molto terrestre (1979)

93 min | Action, Comedy, Family

A young humanoid alien who gets stranded on earth hooks up with a grizzled old sheriff in a western town and tries to help him solve a tough case, but the sheriff doesn't want any help from a "kid."

Director: Michele Lupo | Stars: Bud Spencer, Raimund Harmstorf, Cary Guffey, Joe Bugner

Votes: 4,227

Family-friendly movie...

A funny movie, not only for children but also for adults. In the fights it is sometimes too childish, but that has its limits. The movie starts with some funny moments.

An alien without expensive special make-up/stop-motion effects. The movie is cheap but better than other expensive Hollywood movies where you see just special make-up effects or damn visual/computer-generated effects but less story.

Bud Spencer plays a serious role as protector of an alien. Of course there are plenty of scenes where the bad men feel Mr. Spencer's fists on their heads! There are also moments of emotion, humanity and friendship.

The violence is cartoon-ish, no serious injuries or killings. No blood. No use of drugs. No use of "bad language".

46. Maya the Bee Movie (2014)

Director: Alexs Stadermann | Stars: Richard Roxburgh, Jacki Weaver, Noah Taylor, Kodi Smit-McPhee

This film is a family-friendly. Not just for kids.

No sexual innuendo. Female animals are not sexually represented. When you consider what you see everything in Disney movies like that. Even female cars are sexually represented. Or in another film in which a male bee is in love with a real woman. Disney's many many so called family cartoons/3D animated movies are NOT family-friendly!

Or "Alvin and the Chipmunks", where 3D characters was mixed with real actors. Love between the real heroe and his girlfriend. And many other such films where sexual perversion without limits is shown with animals.

But "Maya the Bee Movie" animation has nothing of all this perversion. Simply sweet, colorful and sometimes funny.

Director: Mike Disa | Stars: Stephen Mangan, Jim Broadbent, Rupert Grint, David Tennant

"Postman Pat: The Movie" is a fully rendered movie with cute characters, especially Pat's cat and the "bad Pat"s.

The movie contains no nudity, or sexual innuendo. There are female characters in skimpy outfits but it's not extreme. There are also no use of alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, or sexual language.

Family-friendly movie. The violence is VERY VERY mild.

Hypnotist Dr. Caligari uses a somnambulist, Cesare, to commit murders.

Director: Robert Wiene | Stars: Werner Krauss, Conrad Veidt, Friedrich Feher, Lil Dagover

Votes: 70,021

A silent movie with creepy and sinister elements. The fact that the decor is scary, makes the film even more frightening. Almost nothing is normal; Doors, windows, streets, walls are triangular and in different geometric constructions. Not to forget the lyrics (texts). They are angular and not normal.

The horror is displayed without blood, splatter or special make-up effects. Bad Taste, Wrong Turn, Friday the 13th or similar movies are just disgusting without any real horror elements. Killing for fun with a lot of nudity and sex does not make your movie watchable, but this silent movie does without such content.

The actors/actresses act appropriately in any situation. You only need to look at their eyes, when they are close to the camera.

Of course, this film would not be on my list if it had nudity or similar content.

I saw the restored German ARTE HD version, which includes almost all the missing scenes.

This is NOT a gay movie nor with gay-related talks or actors.

EXCEPT alcohol drinking, almost everything is watchable...

One room, one place, one hidden "thing", one too curious inspector.

Shot in ten takes. No nudity, genitalia, sex or kiss. No blood. No drugs (for fun).

ALL actors and actresses are fully dressed. Movies should be so, dear Hollywood!

Family-friendly animated cartoon movie.

No sexual innuendo and kissing (like in most Disney cartoons/animated movies). Of course, no violence and blood (no cartoon violence).

The whole movie is about two love stories that was not good and destroys the fun. But the love stories are so sweet and cute (with many 'flying hearts').

If you're looking for a family movie, this is it. Go to cinemas or buy it.

53. Dark Floors (2008)

R | 85 min | Action, Fantasy, Horror

A man emerges with his autistic daughter and three others from a hospital elevator to find themselves trapped in the building with devilish monsters.

Director: Pete Riski | Stars: William Hope, Leon Herbert, Ronald Pickup, Philip Bretherton

Votes: 7,059

No sexual intercourse, nudity (men and women), male and female genitalia, female breasts, kissing, love story.

Films that were shot without sexual intercourse or female breasts are not respected by the media. They disappear into the film archives. Nudity means more audiences and more advertising, and that means millions of dollars profit? Must it be so? Of course not. Such films prove that horror movies are watchable even without nudity.

A girl, wheelchair, paints, father, nurse, hospital, memories and monsters.

It contains some gore and blood.

54. Below Zero (1930)

Approved | 20 min | Short, Comedy, Family

In winter-time, the boys fail to earn any money by playing their musical instruments in a bad neighborhood but their luck seems to improve when they find a wallet full of money on the street.

Director: James Parrott | Stars: Stan Laurel, Oliver Hardy, Bobby Burns, Baldwin Cooke

Votes: 1,889

The "comedians" in today's modern Hollywood films make them self to IDIOTS, instead of showing soulful comedy like Mr. Laurel and Mr. Hardy's most movies. I really do NOT like to watch those movies because I really can not laugh, as long as the movie contains sexual innuendo, sexual jokes, nudity, female breasts, sex and similar content.

All the modern Hollywood films have the genre comedy(!), but have nothing but naked breasts, sexual intercourse and sexual references, many sexual jokes.

Most movies with this Duo are really funny and worth seeing.

This time, Stan and Oliver are busy with their musical instruments on the streets and have problems at the restaurant.

NO women in the movie! Just the voice of a woman who sings 2 songs.

No serious violence, blood. And no gore. No use of alcohol, drugs and no smoking of cigarettes. No disgusting or disturbing scenes.

No male nudity, male genitalia or sexuality.

A "silent" movie about a man who loves the nature and tries to protect his "forest" and the animals in it. And the silent robots.

This film tells the story of the Indians from their perspective. The events were truthfully shot at original locations.

The 'Whites' are the bad guys here, which is true. They break all deals, chasing the buffalo just for fun, while the Indians hunt the buffaloes for survival and to eat their meat and make clothes out of their fur.

Here the Indians are no wild beasts that constantly threaten and attack the modern(!) Europeans, ie the occupiers of their land.

Europeans who discovered America to bring peace(!) and freedom to the Indians! The friendly 'occupiers' who are repeatedly threatened and attacked by evil Indians. Thus, the Indians are portrayed in almost all western films. Indians, 'the Wild ones' screaming and dancing around the fire and hunting for fun.

But in this movie things are different. Indians are Indians.

There are no (half)naked women or visible women breasts, no genitals. And not even kisses between man and woman, which is the case in almost all Hollywood films and there is also stupid love music when man and woman kiss.

There is no blood. The fighting scenes are short and there are no serious scenes of violence.

A really good, family-friendly drama about the true life of the Indians.

Too bad that the actors are not real Indians. But the actors did their best to act like real Indians.

Director: George Marshall | Stars: Stan Laurel, Oliver Hardy, Billy Gilbert

A family-friendly movie.

A short movie about the two "heroes". Selling fresh fishes and repairing a boat. But Stan makes, like always, everything wrong what he touches and says.

Negative: The USELESS and stupid music that plays from beginning to end (non stop!), will go on your nerves.

No woman, nakedness/nudity, violence, blood, alcohol, drugs, smoking, bad language. And no racism.

A family-friendly short movie with the two heroes.

Short about the content: Mr. Laurel and Hardy have a job they just can not do, because, as always, everything goes wrong, what they touch. Saying goodbye to the client goes awry, and handing over the letter to the man runs with confusion without a break. Order letters and hats are confused because Mr. Laurel once again messes up everything. And Mr. Hardy has to intervene again to get it right. /]spoiler

Family-friendly short cartoon movie with a duck and the ants.

Picnic makes ants hungry for sweet stuff and Donald angry.

About 6 minutes long in color.

IMPORTANT:

I have to be careful with cartoons, especially with Walt Disney and Warner Brothers cartoons, because they contain, mostly hidden, sexual or violent content.

Like many cartoon with "Tom and Jerry" have violent content where cat is burned, shot, cut in pieces in a very violent but non-bloody way.

And Walt Disney's full or short cartoon movies contain sexual and violent content.

Result: Even if it is in a funny(!) way, it does not mean it is family-friendly.

Family-friendly. For children.

Cartoon with Donald Duck, his three nephews and a fake/real lion.
