This is not the "Mad evil" like the joker in batman... this is plain old fashioned dyed in the bones evil. You really have to enjoy what you are doing when doing the evil, the evil is not just a means to a end, and you have to consciously be aware you are causing suffering, having any mitigating factors in your evil dosnt make you evil enough, so this is a tough list, They can not be real people either. Only the most purest sane person who is a evil doer.
