Ian McShane (Winston) will be the “grounding” for the film.
We should expect much of the same from the character of Winston, played by Ian McShane. “I’m still running the hotel! Everyone else is dead,” McShane teased. “Assassins never stop, you know? They come and they go. Winston provides a sort of grounding for the film.” In addition, Winston still thinks of Wick as his favorite assassin and forgives him for all of the “naughty” things that went on at the hotel in the first film.
