Favorite Episodes of Once Upon A Time
As I'm quite partial to Snow/Charming, one of the main reasons why I love this show, my episode selection might feature a bit more of the adorable duo than is healthy!

- DirectorDean WhiteStarsGinnifer GoodwinJennifer MorrisonLana ParrillaEmma and Regina are forced to work together in order to save Henry's life, while flashbacks show Charming's mission to save Snow's life after escaping from the Evil Queen. The best season finale yet. While the Season 3 finale packed a bigger punch, what with unveiling the arrival of Frozen fan favorite Elsa (don't we all adore her!) to Storybrooke & all the couples barring Regina/Hood getting their happy time on, Season 1' was the most original.
- DirectorDean WhiteStarsGinnifer GoodwinJennifer MorrisonLana ParrillaAt Henry's urging, Emma convinces Mary Margaret to pay a visit to a comatose man in the hospital and read to him from the storybook, as flashbacks show how Snow White and Prince Charming first met.The fact that it's where Snow White & Prince Charming first cross paths should put it right at the top, but the episode as a whole was wonderfully executed. Unlike many other relationships on OUAT, Snow/Charming does not deal in a lot of cliches & has a high freshness/charming rating.
- DirectorRalph HemeckerStarsGinnifer GoodwinJennifer MorrisonLana ParrillaEmma and Hook attempt to rectify the mistakes they made in the Enchanted Forest of the past and find their way back to Storybrooke in the present.
- DirectorRalph HemeckerStarsGinnifer GoodwinJennifer MorrisonLana ParrillaZelena threatens to kill Henry if Hook doesn't kiss Emma and take her magic away, as flashbacks show when the curse to send everyone back to Storybrooke was cast during the missing year.
- DirectorDean WhiteStarsGinnifer GoodwinJennifer MorrisonLana ParrillaDavid finally agrees to tell Kathryn about his relationship with Mary Margaret, as flashbacks show Charming helping Princess Abigail with a dangerous mission.Charming wants the real thing, not an illusion, but he did reach this conclusion during a heavy make-out with a siren in the form of a sexily-dressed Snow. Still you gotta give him a high credit rating, unlike his alter-ego David who back in Storybrooke is sinking faster than the Titanic when it comes to his relationship-handling.
- DirectorRalph HemeckerStarsGinnifer GoodwinJennifer MorrisonLana ParrillaThe residents of Storybrooke race to stop Pan from placing another curse on the town.

- DirectorDean WhiteStarsGinnifer GoodwinJennifer MorrisonLana ParrillaMary Margaret hires Gold as her attorney when she is arrested for the suspected murder of Kathryn, while flashbacks show Charming try to find Snow, whose memory is clouded by Rumplestiltskin's potion.Evil Snow? The episode clearly went to show that with enough heart-break anybody can end up evil, not just Regina & not everybody has a 'Charming' to save them from themselves.
- DirectorRalph HemeckerStarsGinnifer GoodwinJennifer MorrisonLana ParrillaMary Margaret is tempted by dark magic and David, Emma and Neal attempt to protect Gold from Regina and Cora, as flashbacks show a young Cora seek revenge against the royal family after they degrade her in public.Wow. Never expected to feel some sympathy for Cora but I sure did after the events in her past. Getting humiliated for no reason by Snow's mother (of all people), falling in love with Rumple but taking her heart out & finally feeling true love towards Regina when she got her heart back inside her (at least for a few seconds)...all of which showed that even the cruelest villains become so through the evil of others (even people who later turn good like Eva). All this and I'm not even mentioning the elephant in the room....Dark Snow!!
- DirectorDavid BarrettStarsGinnifer GoodwinJennifer MorrisonLana ParrillaEmma and David enlist Gold's help to protect Mary Margaret from a vengeful Regina, as flashbacks show a father and son stumble upon Storybrooke when the curse was first cast.
- DirectorAlex ZakrzewskiStarsGinnifer GoodwinJennifer MorrisonLana ParrillaTo find Pan's hideout, Hook suggests tracking down Tinker Bell, who has a bitter past with Regina, and Robin Hood and Mulan help Neal get to Neverland. This episode gave Regina more character development than any she got through Seasons 1 & 2 combined.

- DirectorDavid SolomonStarsGinnifer GoodwinJennifer MorrisonLana ParrillaBelle threatens to leave Gold if he doesn't change his ways and the Dwarves try to find fairy dust, as flashbacks show Rumplestiltskin's wife join a band of pirates.Rumbelle, while on paper seems rather a silly idea and a poor version of the original Beauty & the Beast, is made real on TV by the amazing chemistry between the duo. Plus we finally get to know the real reason behind Rumpelstiltskin's desire for the curse to bring the inhabitants of the Enchanted Forest, including himself, to Storybrooke.
