The Classical Audio Poll (Part IV: Last but not Least)1 of 23
Title: "Carmen"
"Les Toréadors"
Composer (year): Bizet (1845)
Number: 12
Notable use: It's debatable which of the 'Habanera' or the 'Toreadors' segment (whether the lively march or the song) is the most memorable, but despite its higher ranking, it's not the most commonly used part in films and movies. Nonetheless, it had the merit to inspire the most enjoyable Tom and Jerry cartoon of the Gene Deitch era: Carmen Get It! (1962).
