In Karan Tejpal's assured first feature, two Indias collide when the posh Bansals bump into daily wage worker Jhumpa and get accused of kidnapping her baby. A tense road trip in search of the baby ensues. Over the course of two hours, Tejpal touches upon many topical issues like the inequity of wealth, digital misinformation and the increasing rise of lynching cases in the country, but the pace never lets up.
