Brazilian actress and writer, Suzana Pires (Sol Nascente; Flor do Caribe) will pen the Portuguese-language, live-action collaboration.

Each episode will follow the angels as they solve crimes and save the world…all while navigating their first year of spy school. The stories will blend a mix of real, relatable and at times, absurd cases, amped up with elements of fun and wish fulfillment.

I’ve always felt that the 1979 horror film Tourist Trap (watch it Here) deserves a lot more respect and attention than it gets – and that star Chuck Connors (best known for The Rifleman) deserved the “genre icon” career he was aiming for when he signed on for the movie. Barbara Crampton is someone who did achieve a genre icon career, and she clearly believes there was something great going on with Tourist Trap, because our friends at Bloody Disgusting have learned that she is producing a remake of the film!
Crampton is the Vice President of Production & Development at Alliance Media Partners, and the company has just acquired the rights to make a new version of Tourist Trap. Crampton will be producing the film alongside Bob Portal, who is Amp’s Managing Director & Head of Production.
Produced by Full Moon founder Charles Band, the original Tourist Trap stars Connors as Mr.

We are still in the heat of summer, and that means there’s still some time for the pool, camping, and leisurely road trips across the country. If you’re inclined to take to the open road, may I suggest sticking to major highways and leaving dusty backroads alone. You don’t wanna end up like the kids in either David Schmoeller’s Tourist Trap or Jaume Collet-Serra’s House of Wax (2005). You’re smarter than that. Sure, there’s a compelling case to be made for swapping out hardtop for gravel and dirt. Perhaps you want to witness relics of the past for yourself – abandoned towns and roadside barbeque pits, or even the scarce side-show attraction (if those still even exist). But don’t be a fool. If there’s anything to be learned here, it’s that disaster awaits around the next bend.

Just mentionThat ’70s Show, and anyone will feel nostalgic. After all, it was a highly entertaining TV show that also reminded us of a simpler time. The program made household names out of stars such as Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, and Wilmer Valderrama.
Now that the spinoff, That ’90s Show, has officially premiered, fans are again taking a trip back in time to relive the comedy of another decade. However, many people are still wondering about one thing — which cast member from That ’70s Show has the highest net worth today?

It’s time for a new episode of the Best Horror Movie You Never Saw video series, and in this one we’re looking back at a movie I have a great deal of fondness for, the 1979 Charles Band production Tourist Trap (watch it Here)! To find out why we think you should check out Tourist Trap, take a look at the video embedded above.
Directed by David Schmoeller, who also wrote the screenplay with J. Larry Carroll, Tourist Trap stars Chuck Connors as Mr. Slausen, a telekinetic psychopath who lures a group of young people to his ramshackle roadside attraction, unleashing an army of psychically controlled mannequins and other monstrosities upon them. As the terrified youths fight for their lives, secrets are revealed and shock follows shock until the movie reaches its nightmarish, unforgettable finale.

Just from the title alone, it’s easy to determine the period in which That ’70s Show takes place. However, this wasn’t initially clear for star Debra Jo Rupp who was shocked to learn that the popular series was a period piece.

That ’70s Show introduced audiences to the wonderfully groovy Point Place, Wisconsin crew and their stoner antics. The period comedy chronicles Eric Forman and his marijuana-loving friends’ growing pains, adolescent difficulties, and romantic relationships throughout the 1970s. But the show also showcased his parents. A scene from one of the show’s best episodes features Red and Kitty Forman, played by Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp, unwittingly getting high. In a recent interview, the actors revealed that they had to film that scene “a bazillion times.”
One of the best ‘That ’70s Show’ episodes features Red and Kitty accidentally getting high
The episode “Garage Sale,” is often considered one of the best of That ’70s Show, as per MovieWeb. In it, the Formans need money because Red’s hours at the plant have been cut back significantly. At Eric’s request, Hyde bakes a batch of “special brownies” for the garage sale.

Hubert G. Wells, who trained animals for films including the original Doctor Dolittle, Out of Africa, Wolf, Sheena and The Ghost and the Darkness, has died. He was 88.
Wells died on Christmas Day of age-related illnesses at his home in Thousand Oaks, fellow animal trainer Doree Sitterly told The Hollywood Reporter.
Sitterly and Wells worked together for 20 years — she doubled for Meryl Streep on Out of Africa while Wells was serving as chief animal trainer on the 1986 Oscar best picture winner — and for 10 of those they lived on a compound in the Santa Monica Mountains that was filled with trained wild animals. (They raised lion cubs in the laundry room.)

Nostalgia operates on 20-year cycles — that's why the late 1990s produced a series aptly titled, "That '70s Show." Many supporting characters and guest stars were, naturally, '70s cultural icons. Tommy Chong repurposed his comic persona as Leo, a former hippie and owner of the local photo shop. Dwayne Johnson guest-starred as his own father, wrestler Rocky Johnson, while Billy Dee Williams played a "Star Wars" obsessed preacher.
One of these more prominent faces, at least during the first three seasons, was the late Tanya Roberts as Midge Pinciotti, the absent-minded mother of Donna (Laura Prepon). It's likely that Roberts' role as...

SAG-AFTRA’s unclaimed residuals fund has grown to roughly $76 million – up 60% from $48 million six years ago. According to the union, the fund now contains 124,000 separate accounts for members and others, living and dead, that it can’t locate. That’s up from 96,000 accounts in 2016.

Even though Sunday’s SAG Awards ceremony will be shortened to just one pre-taped hour on TNT and TBS, the special In Memoriam segment will still be a highlight. Tanya Roberts, who has died aged 65 of sepsis, was already a film and television star when she was cast as a “Bond girl”, Stacey Sutton, opposite Roger Moore in A View to a Kill (1985). Moore was 58 at the time, and looking somewhat creaky as he scaled the Golden Gate bridge during his final outing in the role of James Bond, while Roberts was 30 and having the time of her life commandeering a fire engine during a chase through San Francisco, albeit with a little help from bluescreen technology.
