Last September he crashed his Atv into a paparazzo’s minivan before hopping off and fighting the shutterbug and now Justin Bieber has pled guilty in a Stratford, Ontario court.
Skyping in from his lawyer’s Los Angeles office, the “Baby” singer accepted the blame for his actions, though at the time of the incident, attorney Roy Black tried to hold the photographer responsible.
Black previously told press, “While the public is not particularly sympathetic, they must realize how difficult these cameramen make their lives. I am not surprised there is a conflict. It happens quite often, and as long as the paparazzi are highly paid for their photographs, they will continue.” As a result of Justin’s guilty plea, he received a $750 fine and no jail time.

While appearing in court via closed circuit TV, the “All That Matters” singer showed off his tattoos and muscles by rolling up his sleeves on his jail jumpsuit.

To insure the least punishment possible, Bieber hired Roy Black to represent him. Attorney Black’s client list includes Rush Limbaugh, Kelsey Grammar, and William Kennedy Smith.

Here’s what I learned about Will Smith’s favorite city from The Real Housewives of Miami, the latest iteration of Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise: It is not New York. It is not L.A. It’s a great place to find women with big, floppy hats, ridiculously long, flat-ironed hair, and sexy accents. Its largest PR firm employs a staggering 12 people. And some people refer to it as The Magic City. (Okay, fine, I actually learned that last fact on Wikipedia.)
I still don’t know, however, if Miami has what it takes to host a decent edition of Housewives.

Bravo is getting ready to unveil their latest set of Housewives. This time, it's "The Real Housewives of Miami" and it looks like it could be the final acrylic nail in the franchise's coffin.
A preview is already up on Bravo's website and it's disturbing. There's not much finger pointing or weave-tossing or signs of any real conflict. Never thought you'd miss NeNe, did you?
Instead, it looks like a bunch of women whose faces have been tucked and pulled beyond all recognition, including one startling disfigured character who dubbed herself "The Witch." We're having nightmares for life.
Among them are Lea Black, who's married to one of the top criminal defense attorneys in the country, Roy Black, Marysol Patton, PR maven and owner of the Patton Group, and art curator Adriana DeMoura-Sidi.

There might be a new franchise of "The Real Housewives" which some participating women are those basketball players' wives. E! Online reported that "Miami Social Club" which was announced previously has been flipped to become "The Real Housewives of Miami".
The series has been shot with Scottie Pippen's wife, Larsa, and former L.A. Laker/Miami Heat player Glen Rice's ex-wife, Christy. Other names which E! had gathered are art scene socialite Adriana Sidi, Venue Magazine editor Alexia Echeverria, public relations expert Marysol Patton, drag queen of South Beach Elaine Lancaster and charity planner Lea Black, wife of famous defense attorney Roy Black.
But since the show was initially shot for another title and format, "Real Housewives of Miami" will feature less catfight between the women that the other franchises have been relying on for some rating. "It's going to be a tamer, sexier show," an insider said.

Despite the dismal bore that is "The Real Housewives of D.C.," the franchise seems alive and well with the very strong Atlanta series returning Oct. 4 and the actually rich (and not just for cameras) Beverly Hills chicks arriving to Bravo just 10 days later.
Now, reports are coming through that a Miami version is wrapped and ready to roll. The Miami Herald's sources confirmed the series is still a go and that they've already shot a promo for the "Real Housewives" franchise.
Apparently, the series wasn't originally shot as a "Real Housewives" show. Instead, the footage was shot for "Miami Social Club," a new reality series Bravo announced in March (totally different from the almost unwatchable series, "Miami Social," which aired last year on the network).
E!Online's sources say the show will premiere in Late-2010 / Early-2011 and delivered some names for the Miami cast: Scottie Pippen's wife, Larsa...

After apparently breaking her neck and killing Stephany Flores in his hotel room, Joran Van der Sloot consumed a breakfast of coffee and cookies while looking at her battered body and thinking of ways he could dispose of it, according to Peruvian media reports. "I was going to use one of my suitcases to take her out of the hotel, but I didn't do it because I was afraid someone [would] stop me carrying my luggage without paying," said Van der Sloot, who told interrogators he had not paid for his final three nights in a Lima, Peru, hotel, according to...

Brooke Mueller might have second thoughts about testifying against husband Charlie Sheen, but that doesn't mean that there aren't prosecutors who want to make sure the guy pays a price for his violent Christmas Day altercation with his wife. And they're planning to do just that - with or without Brooke's help. Speaking on "Good Morning America," criminal defense attorney Roy Black explained, "There's no question they can proceed without her cooperation... because they can use her statements, her 911 call."
