Jackson Browne's latest music venture is a family affair - the rocker has teamed up with his son to launch a new record label. The "Take It Easy" hitmaker and his 36-year-old son Ethan Browne have founded Spinside, a subsidiary label of the singer's Inside Recording that embraces file-sharing and online distribution.
And Ethan admits he has a lot to learn from his dad's decades of experience. He tells the New York Daily News: "His work ethic is incredible."
Jackson Browne recently released a live album which was compiled from his 2006 tour, with David Lindley. As part of promotional effort for the album, the two musicians have teamed up at the recent 2010 Glastonbury Music Festival, taking the acoustic stage.
Browne is also scheduled to rock Liverpool fest. "I'm a life-long fan of Jackson Browne, to bring him to Liverpool is a huge thrill for me," the promoter said.
