Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera came under fire Wednesday and Thursday for his comments that nominating a Black woman to the Supreme Court to replace outgoing Justice Stephen Breyer would be “affirmative action.”
While Rivera said on Wednesday’s episode of “The Five” that he thinks Vice President Kamala Harris would be a good choice, he knows that’s “not gonna happen.” Instead, he said, the list likely includes other notable Black women. He referred to a promise President Joe Biden made (while campaigning in 2020) to nominate a Black woman, and shared a list of prospective picks that has been widely reported, including by the New York Times.

Tom Mison (Sleepy Hollow) and Ashley Madekwe (Salem) are set to recur on Four Weddings and A Funeral, the Hulu limited series inspired by the British romantic comedy, executive produced by Mindy Kaling and Matt Warburton. Tommy Dewey (Casual) also has been tapped for a guest role.
Hulu’s Four Weddings and a Funeral, from MGM Television and Universal TV, with MGM serving as the lead studio, revolves around four American friends — Maya (Natathalie Emmanuel), Craig (Brandon Mychal Smith), Ainsley (Rebecca Rittenhouse) and Duffy (John Reynolds) — who reunite for a fabulous London wedding. But after a bombshell at the altar throws their lives into turmoil, they must weather a tumultuous year of romance and heartbreak.
