CBS has announced the 20 castaways competing on "Survivor: Blood vs. Water," the latest edition of the popular reality competition show. This season's theme will features duos of returning survivors plus a loved one. There's no word yet as to how exactly the tribes will be split.

This season also features the return of Redemption Island, where one castaway will eventually have the chance to return to the game. The twist this year, however, is that loved ones can choose to "save" their partner on Redemption Island and switch places with them, thus allowing the exiled loved one to immediately re-enter the game. Interesting.
The producers really did their work on this cast -- there are some beloved faces returning, including Rupert Boneham (fourth time!), Gervase Peterson from the first season, and apparently Kat Edorsson is dating "Big Brother" winner Hayden Moss.

You've got to hand it to the Survivor producers for finding new ways to keep the show fresh. We've seen seasons divided by race, age and gender. We've seen more blindsides and twists than we can count. We've even seen celebrity participants, including Lisa Whelchel and Jimmy Johnson. But for the latest installment of CBS's hit, Survivor: Blood vs. Water, we'll see something we've never seen before: returning contestants competing against loved ones. Sure, it would be nice to have someone from home on the island with you - but it's still every man for himself. The blindsides will be...

Jeff Probst already announced on Entertainment Weekly Radio that the next season of Survivor — subtitled Blood vs. Water — would feature returning Survivor contestants playing with (or, rather, against) their loved ones. Then, yesterday we revealed that one of those pairs would be Survivor: One World’s Kat Edorsson and her boyfriend, Big Brother season 12 winner Hayden Moss. Now the rest of the cast can be officially unveiled. And that cast will be playing in the most twist-heavy Survivor season ever.

"We're delighted to be producing the programme from St Paul's, and I am sure the quality and passion of the debate will match the sublime setting," said Question Time editor Nicolai Gentchev.
"The site of the Cathedral is one of London's oldest places of debate, and we hope it will inspire our audience and panel."
Gentchev also promised that "other new locations" for Question Time would be announced later in the year.
