- Frank Cullotta has been working with ex-Mobster Henry Hill on several projects. They do appearances together in New York, Chicago, and Las Vegas.
- Was a member of Tony 'The Ant' Spilotro's gang in Chicago. He entered the witness protection program just before Spilotro's entire crew was indicted by the F.B.I. and the I.R.S.
- He has been portrayed twice on screen: by John Santucci in Michael Mann's TV show Crime Story and by Frank Vincent in Martin Scorsese's crime epic Casino.

- After arriving in Las Vegas from Chicago in the 1970s he formed a burglary group known as The Hole in the Wall Gang. They broke through walls to avoid door and window alarms.
- After leaving the Witness Protection Program he hosted his own YouTube Channel about organized crime and rand the Vegas Mob Tour.
- Was the right-hand man to Anthony "The Ant" Spilotro. One of their childhood acquaintances in Chicago was fellow future gangster Frank 'Lefty' Rosenthal.
