Yet another classic TV series from my childhood finally sees the light of day on DVD as Mediumrare Entertainment, a newcomer to the UK DVD market, have announced the release of the first season of beloved 80s television series The Littlest Hobo on Region 2 DVD on April 26th 2010. The release will consist of all 24 episodes from Season One.
Known for the iconic theme song “Maybe Tomorrow”, the series ran from 1979 – 1985 and centered around a stray German Shepherd who wanders from town to town, helping people in need. Similar in concept to Lassie, The Littlest Hobo did not have an owner, and despite the attempts of many people to adopt him, he preferred to be on his own and would head off by himself at the end of each episode… Special Features:
