Shared an east Marietta (GA) townhouse with Larry Pfohl, with whom she was living at the time of her death. In the morning hours of 4/30/03 Pfohl had called 9-1-1to report that Hulette wasn't breathing. She was rushed to the WellStar Kennestone Hospital and died a short time later. The final autopsy results revealed that she had a blood alcohol level of 0.29 and a mix of painkillers, nausea medication and tranquilizers in her system; and died from acute toxicity.
Considered to be the first WWF "diva".
