- Brunette lyric-coloratura soprano and actress of the 1930's, graduate with a degree in music from Huntingdon College. Acted in several films for MGM, appeared at the London Palladium in the early 1930's and had her own radio show on NBC. Retired from performing in the 40's to raise a family.
