As a child actress, Michaela Hughes began her career with a small part
in The John Wayne film "Hellfighters" and worked in several plays at
the Alley Theatre in Houston. After being a scholarship student at The
Houston Ballet Academy and School of American Ballet (NYC), She went on
to perform with The Houston Ballet, Eliot Feld Ballet and American
Ballet Theatre. Broadway credits include "On Your Toes", "Mame" with
Angela Lansbury as Gloria Upson, "Raggedy Ann", "A Chorus Line" as
Cassie, and "Anything Goes" as Charity. She has been seen in several
Soap Operas, Television shows and Films most notably Another World and
Saturday Night Live and Woody Allen's Alice as well as numerous
commercials. Michaela was a co-producer of the independent film "Flesh
Hunters" and director of several film shorts. Michaela is listed in
Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Women.
