Writer-director Zubie Saurabh Sengupta, who started his career in advertising and created press and film campaigns for leading brands, has recently directed a film titled ‘In The Month of July’ that stars veteran actor Kanwaljit Singh, Shadab Khan, Shamim Akbarali, Aditya Ranvijay Siddhu, Donal Bist, Ranjeet Jha, Richard Joel, Rhea and Sana.

Oh Sit!, The CW’s amped-up, fast-paced version of musical chairs, will return for a second season Monday, April 15, 8:00-9:00 p.m. Et. The Carrie Diaries will conclude its 13-episode first season the previous week, Monday, April 8, 8:00-9:00 p.m. Et. Oh Sit! is a fun, high-stakes, high-octane musical chairs competition, in which 12 thrill-seeking daredevils race head-to-head through five physically demanding, chair-splitting obstacle course-style eliminations as they each compete to claim a chair, all to the sounds of a new live house band. At the end of the hour, only one contestant will be left sitting triumphant to seize the cash prize and the title of Oh Sit! champion. This season, the show will feature new obstacles and bridges, water rounds, mechanical rounds and slick zones. In the CW’s first renewal of a freshman reality series in years, the network’s summer entries Oh Sit! and Breaking Pointe will return for second seasons. Neither has been a breakout but they have been steady, with Oh Sit! stronger on TV and the ballet-themed Breaking Pointe doing well digitally. The CW would not specify whether the two series will again be used in the summer or in-season. Musical chair competition Oh Sit! is created/executive produced by Phil Gurin, Richard Joel and Deena Dill. The series is from The Gurin Co. and 405 Prods in association with Warner Horizon Television. Breaking Pointe, set behind the scenes of top ballet company Ballet West in Salt Lake City, is produced by BBC Worldwide Prods. Executive producers are Izzie Pick Ashcroft and Jane Tranter.

The CW announced at TCA today that it has ordered game show Oh Sit! for midseason. The 10-episoe series, created and executive produced by Phil Gurin (The Singing Bee), Richard Joel and Deena Dill, is described as a high-stakes, high-octane musical chairs competition in which 20 daredevils race head to head through five obstacle course-style eliminations as they each compete to claim a chair — to the sounds of a live band. At the end of the hour, only one contestant will be left sitting to win a cash prize. The CW has ordered the series, from Gurin Co and 405 Prods, as part of its effort to boost its original offerings and cut the number of repeats throughout the season.
