O.K. so "Extant" didn’t work out exactly as planned, but that doesn’t mean that Halle Berry has given up with television altogether. Under its deal with CBS TV Studios, Berry‘s production company, 606 Films, will exec produce a new medical drama series for the network. The untitled project, which will be co-exec produced with Katie Jacobs, who was the executive producer of "House," and Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, and written by Larry Kaplow, will "center on an enigmatic surgeon who imprisons himself in a state-of-the-art private hospital on the grounds of a prison." No word as yet as to when the program will go on the air.
