A divorce judge is slamming Wendy Williams’ financial guardian for not forking over her financial records to her ex-husband Kevin Hunter. Although Hunter has made multiple requests for bank documents, Williams’ guardian Sabrina Morrissey has continuously failed to materialize any records. The judge clarified that there would be no resolution in the couple’s divorce settlement unless Morrissey coughed up the bank statements. Continue reading to see what unfolded in court last week.
Kevin Hunter: ‘This Has Become A Real Travesty’
Kevin Hunter has suggested that Sabrina Morrissey is purposefully withholding the financial records from him. He claims that she’s doing this because she is secretly pocketing Wendy Williams’ money for herself.
He stated that Morrissey has not provided him a reason for stopping his severance payments, which were made to him from Wendy Williams at the time of their divorce through January 2022.

Rudy Giuliani avoided jail time on Monday after beating a contempt order in an ongoing dispute with his ex-wife over money owed according to a divorce settlement reached three years ago.
Judge Michael Katz issued the contempt order in September after Giuliani failed to appear at a court proceeding. At that time, his ex-wife, Judith Giuliani said her ex-husband and former mayor owed her more than 260,000. Shortly thereafter, Judge Katz warned Giuliani, saying he could be jailed at a moment’s notice for not paying up.

Since then, Giuliani has provided copies of checks amounting to 150,000 paid to Judith. He said there was another payment of 45,000 in September.
“It seems to me that he’s shown proof of payment,” Katz said on Monday. “I am going to direct that he makes those payments and to remain current with any other obligations under the stipulation.

Update: After a tweet from Bethenny Frankel had the public speculating she had secretly tied the knot, it turns out she's actually still married to her ex, Jason Hoppy. The reality star filed for divorce from Hoppy at the start of 2013 and it was confirmed as settled in 2016. However, "Jason and Bethenny are still technically married," Hoppy's attorney Robert Wallack told E! News. "The judgment was never issued because an order of protection was issued by the Criminal Court which impacted the previously agreed to joint custody arrangement and Frankel subsequently brought an application to modify the agreement (which gave rise to a multi-day hearing)," Judge Michael Katz told E!...

There's a major custody war going on between Bethenny Frankel and her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, over their seven-year-old daughter, Bryn. But before anything gets settled, an NYC judge wants Bryn to see a psychologist. Page Six reported that Judge Michael Katz said, "On the surface, it appears the child is doing well." But he wants to make sure Bethenny and Jason's problems aren't affecting the second grader. He continued, "What is very clear to me is that there is a terrible environment for communication between the parties." (Photo Credit: Getty Images) And he's right. Communication between Bethenny and Jason has been strained for years specifically when it comes to figuring out what's best for their daughter. Bethenny's lawyer, Allan Mayefsky, said, "This is a case where joint custody is just not viable. The harassment, the stalking, the 500 emails in 90 days, in which he called her a 'sad, miserable, bitter old woman,...

After years spent finalizing their divorce, the custody battle between Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy over their 7-year-old daughter Bryn continues. As E! News previously reported in December, Frankel is suing Hoppy over the custody of their daughter. The Real Housewives of New York City star appeared in court today to face her ex before a Manhattan judge. A source close to the situation tells E! News exclusively that Judge Michael Katz has ordered Frankel and Hoppy to get forensic evaluations done with their daughter. "Back in 2013 when the divorce and custody initially happened, this same doctor did a forensic custody evaluation at the time," the source says. "The judge today ordered that same...

Harvey Weinstein has claimed he’s too broke to pay his ex-wife child support, according a newly released court ruling obtained by Page Six.
The outlet reports that the disgraced Hollywood producer told his first wife, Eve Chilton, he would not be able to pay child support for two of their daughters — aged 15 and 19 — for “at least one year,” per a Jan. 2 court ruling that was released on Friday.
However, the ruling — which was released by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Michael Katz — denied Chilton’s demand that Weinstein pay her $5 million, which she claimed the producer owed her from their 2004 divorce settlement.

Harvey Weinstein allegedly owes his ex-wife Eve Chilton $5 million in child support, and she’s asking that he pay remaining sum now in case his current legal troubles leave him financially insolvent.
“He’s pre-paying many, many lawyers many, many millions of dollars to defend himself against these lawsuits all over the world,” Chilton’s lawyer, Bonnie Rabin, said in Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday, according to Page Six. Weinstein was reportedly not present.
As an example of the disgraced mogul’s legal obligations, she noted seven lawsuits levied against him by women who claim he sexually assaulted or harassed them.
