Though the name Ramsay is synonymous with Indian horror films, very few may be aware that they have also given some popular films in the action thriller genre. Keshu Ramsay produced about five Akshay Kumar films in the 'Khiladi' series and now Aryeman Ramsay wants to keep the genre alive with his upcoming next. Aryeman Ramsay has been toying with the idea of making an action thriller about two men who become millionaires overnight. He mentioned that the film is inspired from a real life incident which happened in U.S wherein two men gambled their way to success, fame and money and later proved that they did it to escape the clutches of law. Aryeman, who knows Nawaz since the Ramsay lad's acting debut in Family (2006), is glad that amidst the stardom, Siddiqui has maintained his humble nature. Filmmaker Keshu Ramsay, who has produced films like Family: Ties of Blood, Insaan, Khakee and the Akshay Kumar starrer Khiladi movies like Sabse Bada Khiladi, International Khiladi, Khiladi 420, Mr. & Mrs. Khiladi etc, passed away on Tuesday, 21 October, 2010. The 55 year old Keshu, who was the third of the Ramsay brothers, suffered a heart attack. He is survived by three sons Dinesh, Mayur and Sagar. Director and Producer Keshu Ramsay passed away on Oct 19. Keshu, made his Bollywood debut with the film Haveli. He later continued to be associated with his brothers in the making of horror films. He however, decided to move away from horror to making big commercial movies, mostly featuring Akshay Kumar. He produced quite a few 'Khiladi' films of Akshay which include Sabse Bada Khiladi, Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi, Mr. and Mrs. Khiladi, International Khiladi and Khiladi 420. He was also the producer of Khakee, Insan and Family - Ties of Blood. Keshu Ramsay expired day before yesterday after suffering from a massive heart attack. Apparently, he was at a family gathering when all of a sudden while dancing he collapsed. Bollywood Hungama sends out its sincere condolences to his family and may he rest in peace.
