UFC, the mixed martial arts powerhouse, has officially tied the knot with Vince McMahon’s professional wresting juggernaut WWE, creating a new company called Tko Group that started trading on the New York Stock Exchange today.
Execs from both sides rang the NYSE opening bell to celebrate “a new premium sports and entertainment company serving more than one billion young and diverse fans, reaching viewers in 180 countries, and producing more than 350 annual live events,” according to UFC parent Endeavor, which is banking on new content, international expansion and an easy-to-understand investment thesis for Wall Street.
The deal was announced before market open this morning. Tko Group Holding shares are up 0.78% at $101.44 in mid-morning trade, off their highs but bucking a ho-hum market

The re-election campaign for pseudo-Democrat Joe Manchin (D-w.Va.) is garnering the support of moneybag conservatives like Home Depot co-founder Ken Langone and New England Patriots owner Bob Kraft. In the last three months, the West Virginia senator — who has repeatedly opposed Democrats’ push for top party initiatives, including climate change funding and universal paid parental leave — raised 1 million after meeting with the billionaire Donald Trump sycophants and far-right donors, according to a report from CNBC.

How'd Kevin Hart get by Super Bowl security to party with the Patriots on Sunday?? Robert Kraft's son had to personally vouch for him!!!! It all went down on the Mercedes-Benz Stadium turf after New England beat the Rams ... when the comedy icon was held up on his way to the confetti party. The video is great ... Hart thinks security is just jokin' around not letting him through the gates -- when he suddenly realizes they ain't!

Tom Brady is the latest star to be inducted into the Horrendous First Pitch Hall of Fame. The New England Patriots quarterback - and recent Super Bowl winner - proved that not everyone can be Chrissy Teigen when he threw out the first pitch at Fenway Park for the Boston Red Sox game on Monday. Tom took the plate to throw the ball, but sadly it swerved, bounced, and only just made it to catcher David Ortiz. If that wasn't embarrassing enough, Tom's gaffe was witnessed by Patriots coach Bill Belichick, as well as the team's owner Robert Kraft and president Jonathan Kraft, who were holding Super Bowl trophies. The bad throw isn't really Tom's fault, as he was probably too busy jumping off cliffs in Costa Rica and playing basketball with Michael Jordan in the Bahamas to practice his pitch. Watch the video of Tom's embarrassing moment below now,...
