I’ve been a fan of Top Chef for years, and this season has me particularly hooked. I like the New Orleans setting, the accompanying season of Last Chance Kitchen has been stellar, and I’ve found a few of the challenges to be some of the best the show has ever done, mostly because they manage to be surprising despite the show being in its eleventh season. But the biggest surprise to me about this season of Top Chef has nothing to do with the content of the show; it’s the sheer fact that I’m watching it.

If you thought Season 1 of Bravo's "Interior Therapy" was off the wall, its star says the Jeff Lewis light didn't shine as bright as he would've wanted. "I think in an effort to try to make sure they had everything they needed, they really kind of overproduced me and they put me on a tight leash," Lewis told TheWrap of the show's first season. "And then I said, 'See?' I mean, yeah, it's a decent show but it could be better. And then they took the leash off." If you're familiar with Lewis...

The upcoming (and presumed-to-be-final) season of Psych will be extended by two episodes. For one of the episodes, viewers can vote to decide on the plot.
Starz has ordered 16 episodes of Outlander an adaptation of Diana Gabaldon‘s novels from Battlestar Galatica producer Ronald D. Moore.
One thing I’ve learned from watching real estate-themed reality shows is that a dedicated TV fan can usually find a home featured on a TV show pretty quickly. It turns out that skill isn’t limited to people creating their own “Jeff Lewis worked here” maps, as one Mad Men fan found the house used in Sunday’s finale as the whorehouse where Don grew up.
Own just doubled down on soap The Haves and Have Nots, ordering 16 more episodes to go with the 16 episodes initially ordered as part of the first season. The additional expisodes are expected to air next year.

The Geek and Sundry Vlogs channel recently launched as a place for lesser-known nerdy vloggers to share their passions with Felicia Day's sizable YouTube following. At launch, it featured seven contributors, who took turns discussing geek pursuits such as comics, cosplay, and Jeff Lewis. The channel is currently in the midst of an ongoing and very unique talent search, through which it will find ten more vloggers to join in on the fun. Geek and Sundry Vlogs is essentially a 'boutique multi-channel network'; it affords its creators an McN-like revenue share and also builds up their home channels alongside their videos on the main channel. At the same time, its small size (Geek and Sundry Vlogs will never have more than 20 creators in its network) means each creator can receive tons of individual attention. The featured vloggers have already joined forces for a couple channel-wide Hangouts. The network's makeup also informs its talent search.

Josiah Hawley knows some viewers dismissed him the minute they heard the term “male model” during his Blind Audition on Season 4 of The Voice, but he doesn’t let it bother him.
“The show only has a minute to tell your story,” Hawley reasons. “I grew up doing concrete construction. That’s what I’ve done my whole life, but I’ve done some modeling, too, more recently.”
More important than how he’s paid the bills in the past, though, is how Hawley’s been striving to make a living as a musician — in Nashville for more than seven years,...

At YouTube Brandcast, Felicia Day was one of the first people on stage, and the Guild star did a great job of telling the audience how YouTube allowed her to explore her passions, which had been undermined in her roles on traditional TV. She then teased Geek and Sundry Vlogs, a YouTube hub dedicated to a similar ideal. Day has now launched the new channel, and judging from her introductory video, she is hoping it allows other nerd culture fans to express their passions of a wide variety of geeky subjects. In said video, Day announces the new channel and then gives the floor to her channel's eight inaugural vloggers: Nika Harper, Amy Dallen, Becca and Neil of Geeking Out, Jeff Lewis, Katie Satow, James "The Monkey" Isaacs, and Sachie. Geek and Sundry Vlogs has already posted each vlogger's first effort. Each offering is generally geeky, but they all have...

"The Hills" may be over, but Lauren Conrad certainly hasn't squandered her money. The former reality star recently dropped a big chunk of change on a new home, TMZ reports. Maybe she can help out her former co-stars, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag.
Conrad reportedly spent $3.74 million on the 4,300 square foot Brentwood, Cal. home. The two-story abode features six bedrooms, five bathrooms and was recently remodeled by Jeff Lewis, a celebrity interior designer seen on Bravo's "Flipping Out." One thing that seems to be missing from the home is a swimming pool, which is surprising for such an expensive place.
Since "The Hills" ended, Conrad has written eight books, with the latest one, "Infamous," releasing June 11. She's also launched her own fashion line, and filmed a pilot for another MTV reality show. The network opted not to turn the show into a series.

The ladies stole the show for the second night in a row on The Voice Tuesday. And an epic steal showdown between coaches Adam Levine and Usher ensured that two of the youngest singers in the competition – unassuming singer-songwriter Caroline Glaser, 18, and wholesome high school country powerhouse Danielle Bradbery, 16 – would not go home.
Coach Blake Shelton paired the two shy young singers together to perform "Put Your Records On" by Corinne Bailey Rae.
Shakira praised their performances "as refreshing as tangerine ice cream," while Levine called himself an "imbecile" for not turning his chair for Glaser during the blind auditions.

It's night two of battle rounds in Season 4 of "The Voice" and things are only going to get more intense. Coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Shakira and Usher continue to pit two members of their teams against one another, eliminating one in favor of the other, but as the number of saves left available dwindle, we're looking at a lot more sad goodbyes.
After night one, Shakira is completely out of saves and Blake has only one left. It's time to get picky.
First battle of the night:

For his first battle of the night, Adam pairs up his two country singers, proving he's only got room for one on his team. The Battle of the Civil Servants, as Warren calls it. He's a fireman, Michael's a deputy sheriff.

‘The Voice’ proved to have the most talented singers on TV once again on April 16, when night two of the battle round had Usher and Adam fighting over a steal!
Wait a minute — isn’t this supposed to be a competition between the contestants? Not on The Voice! The judges seem to be battling just as much as the singers!
Usher Scolds His Team: Take This Seriously
It’s not easy to be part of Team Usher. We told you after the last battle round that he was toughest to impress. But on April 16, he proved it.
He chose to pair up Josiah Hawley against Jeff Lewis, and after singing through “Roxanne,” Usher was not impressed … and even less impressed when Jeff laughed after screwing up.
“What’s funny?” Usher asked dead serious. “Is this funny to you? This is a battle, you’ve got to take this serious, man.

Don’t make Usher angry. You wouldn’t like him when he’s angry.
Indeed, during Night 2 of The Voice‘s Season 4 Battle Rounds, the “U Got It Bad” singer took a stern approach to his coaching role, getting offended when an underperforming contestant dared to laugh mid-rehearsal. “What’s funny?” “Why you smilin’?” “This is funny to you?” Usher asked with increasing levels of irritation.
Another reason not to make Usher angry? Dude is responsible for discovering Justin Bieber, so if you’re an aspiring music star/selfie-Tweeter, it’s probably best to stay on his good side anyhow.

Season four of The Voice is bringing the big talent! And one talented woman’s dreams came true on Monday when all four judges turned their chairs — Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Usher and Shakira all had to fight for 30-year-old Sasha Allen.
Season 4 Highlights Country & Rock Stars
From singer Jeff Lewis who dared to sing Usher’s “You Got It Bad” to Rock Mafia alum Shawna P‘s rockin’ version of ”She Talks To Angels,” the stage was filled with talent on Monday night.
Caroline Glaser‘s soft but strong voice turned the chairs of both Blake and Shakira, and it was not surprising. The 18-year-old who is used to singing in coffee shops absolutely nailed ”Tiny Dancer.”

Season 4 of The Voice is a leaner — although by no means meaner — kind of party.
Where last year’s competition found each of the show’s four coaches choosing a somewhat distended 16 vocalists apiece, the show’s current incarnation has trimmed the fat to a more reasonable (and easier-to-follow) 12 singers per team.

The Carrie Diaries' Brendan Dooling has had a whirlwind first season, going from girlfriend to coming out, and it's just going to get more intense. Still, Brendan doesn't know where his story might go in season two, if it happens. "I mean, in the books, he lives in a tent in his backyard because his dad doesn't want him in the house. I'm not sure where Amy Harris and the writers are going to take his story. You know, I don't know how much of — godwilling, Season 2 — I don't know how much of that would be Carrie and Walt in the city, as opposed to Walt in Castlebury. But there's certainly a lot more adversity coming his way. He's had support in the closet, and now I don't know what his support system is like outside of it." And Entertainment Weekly has a very spoilery photo you probably want to see.

Bravo's Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles may have undergone several key changes since its first season in 2006, including cast and location shifts, but one thing has remained consistent: the presence of Madison Hildebrand, the diplomatic, hunky blond agent whose sexual orientation remained something of an enigma for a couple of seasons. Officially he's shifted from "polyamorous" to classic old "gay," and just like his now-out castmate Josh Flagg, he's living a visibly homosexual existence in front of the cameras. And yes, he looks blithe and sandy-haired while doing it.
We caught up with the 31-year-old Bravolebrity to discuss the upcoming season (featuring season four's cocky newcomer Josh Altman), the process of coming out on TV, and what it's like to oil up your body for Bravo's summer advertisments. Jeff Lewis stopped by The Grove to talk about his new reality show on Bravo, "Interior Therapy," and gave a brief description of it.
"We basically move into a family's home, and they're never normal. They're usually pretty screwed up and it's our job to go in and we renovate their space, and hopefully solve some of their personal issues at the same time."
He added, "Sometimes we have happy endings, sometimes not. We actually...

It’s been a little over a year since San Francisco resident Yigit Pura won the first season of Bravo reality competition series, Top Chef: Just Desserts and was also voted fan favorite by the viewers. Since that television exposure Pura has been wearing many hats. While holding down his day job as Executive Pastry Chef with Taste Catering & Event Planning, he also signed on as a Bravo website blogger when the second season of Just Desserts aired in late summer. Plus, he appeared regularly at Lgbt-related benefits and fundraisers, and he's starred in a series of Cooking Channel videos with fellow gay pastry chef Zac Young.
Now, thankfully for us, he is shedding his shirt and being doused in rainbow sprinkles for a 2012 calendar benefiting Meals On Wheels.
To talk about the calendar and to see if there’s more television in his future, Pura put the oven on...

People who love reality TV should be as familiar with SallyAnn Salsano as Mark Burnett. First of all she’s produced big name shows like The Bachelorette, Dance Your Ass Off and A Shot at Love. But her real claim to fame is bringing the kids from the Jersey Shore into your living room. In a recent exclusive interview she talked about creating the controversial series and the other shows on her production company’s slate.
SallyAnn talked about a career-changing call that she got from a cable network executive, “There was a woman at VH1 named Shelley Tatro that called me and goes, ‘You’re the biggest Guido I know. We need to do a show on the Guido.’” And with that Jersey Shore was born.
An exhaustive casting process for the ideal cast of characters to share a Shore house began. Having...

When it comes to gross, time-wasting late-night TV games, 'Watch What Happens Live' (Thursdays and Sundays, 11Pm on Bravo) is the clear-cut intergalactic champion. On Thursday's edition, host Andy Cohen and his guests Susie Essman and Jeff Lewis celebrated 'Pit-stille Day' by looking at pictures of a woman's hairy armpit and guessing to whom it belonged.
For the first armpit, Cohen gave them the choice of Beyonce, Rihanna, or NeNe Leakes. "You know, I don't want to say what that looks like," said Essman. Cohen was thinking the same thing. Essman and Lewis both guessed wrong, as it turned out to be Beyonce. For a particularly unattractive patch, they were given the choices of Julia Roberts, Amy Winehouse, or Courtney Love. Surprisingly, it was Roberts.
Essman wound up the champion, and received a $1,000 gift certificate for hair removal as a prize. Lewis was happy he didn't win.

One of the things that's always been striking about how Bravo has reinvented itself over the last decade is that when they find a franchise they like, they go all in and take it in as many different directions as they can.
It's made for a channel that has a very strong identity and fan base. And has led the NBC Universal-owned network to confidently announce at their upfront today that they're going to be picking up 11 new shows.
You read that number right. The 11 that are being picked up include new shows from some of the network's most recognizable stars, like Jeff Lewis and Tabitha Coffey, and will also include a New York spin-off of their popular real estate show 'Million Dollar Listing.'

Look out Jeff Lewis, there's a new house flipper in TV town. We need to thank Chelsea Hander for introducing us to The Vanilla Ice Project, a real estate reality show starring, that's right, former rapper Vanilla Ice. But in the land of hunky handymen like Ty Pennington and Mike Holmes, does Ice just sorta melt? Hit the clip for Chelsea's take, then sound off in our poll!
