Meanwhile, Ever Carradine and Kyle Secor have joined ABC's new drama series Women's Murder Club in recurring roles, Benny Ciaramello has landed a recurring role on NBC's Friday Night Lights, and Tuc Watkins and Kevin Rahm have been added to ABC's Desperate Housewives as recurring.
On CSI: NY, from CBS Paramount Network TV, Bruckheimer TV and Alliance Atlantis, Buckley plays Adam Ross, a gifted lab technician in the New York Crime Lab who specializes in the analysis of trace evidence.
Buckley, recently seen in the feature The Last Sin Eater, will next co-star opposite Gabrielle Union in the thriller The Box.
He is repped by Marion Campbell at TalentWorks, manager Sarah Lum at Leverage and attorney Allison Binder.

Emmy-winning director-producer Paris Barclay has come aboard HBO's upcoming series "In Treatment" as a co-executive producer and director.
Barclay will co-exec produce about half of the half-hour drama's 45 episodes and also is directing some of those episodes. He comes aboard the series after helming four episodes.
"Treatment", which is based on the popular and critically acclaimed Israeli series of the same name ("BeTipul" in Hebrew), centers on a therapist (Gabriel Byrne) who is calm, smooth, insightful and nonconfrontational with his patients but turns into a testy, self-doubting individual full of barely concealed anger when he is a patient seeing his own shrink.
"Treatment" is executive produced by Rodrigo Garcia, who wrote and directed the pilot and serves as showrunner, and original series creator Hagai Levi, along with Mark Wahlberg and Stephen Levinson through their Closest to the Hole Prods. and Leverage Entertainment banners. Noa Tishby also is co-executive producing, with Sarah Lum and Leonard Torgan serving as producers.
