"Our April calendar features this photograph of His Majesty The King and His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo, enjoying a special moment in the unexpected March snow with His Royal Highness The Gyalsey," they captioned the sweet shot. Just look at that little smile! Between this and his September calendar, our desks are going to look mighty cute for the next month. The Bhutanese king and his wife, Queen Jetsun Pema, met...

The Dragon Prince has a name! The prince of Bhutan has been named Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck, the palace announced Saturday. The royal newborn arrived in early February to King Jigme, 36, and Queen Jetsun Pema, 25, also known as the Dragon King and Dragon Queen. As is custom in Bhutan, his name was not revealed until after a special Buddhist naming ceremony. His parents, sometimes referred to as the "Will and Kate of the Himalayas," met the actual Will and Kate earlier this week, when the British prince, 33, and princess, 34, visited the mountainous nation as part of their royal tour of India and Bhutan.

Prince William and Kate Middleton kicked off their week-long tour of India and Bhutan on Sunday. After touching down in Mumbai, the royal couple paid a visit to the Taj Palace Hotel Memorial and laid wreaths in honor of the victims of the 2008 terror attacks. They also met with children for a fun game of cricket and were presented with gorgeous flower garlands and tilaks by the locals at the Banganga Water Tank. The duo then made their way back to the hotel, where they wrapped up their night at a Bollywood-inspired charity gala. On Monday, the pair visited Gandhi Smriti, an Indian museum dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi in New Delhi; laid a wreath at India Gate Memorial to honor soldiers from Indian regiments that fought in World War I; and attended a Young Entrepreneurs Event in Mumbai. The King of Bhutan met the woman who would one day become his bride when he was a teenager. According to local legend he was at a picnic when, out of the blue, a then 7-year- old Jetsun Pema ran up to him and gave him a hug. Apparently he told her: "When you grow up, if I am single and not married and if you are single and not married, I would like you to be my wife, provided we still feel the same." Little would either of them have thought to take that proposal seriously. But years later they would meet again, and ultimately Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck really did fall head over heels in love with Jetsun Pema. Now they are commonly referred to as the "William and Kate of the Himalayas"—and...
