- Arnold Pressburger did not experience the end of his last produced movie "Der Verlorene" (1951) directed by Peter Lorre. He died during the shooting at the age of 65.
- He was the father of producer Fred Pressburger.
- His son Fred Pressburger (1915 - 1998) was also active in the film business.
- Arnold Pressburger fled to England and later he via France to the USA. During his time in England and France he produced some more movies. When he arrived in Hollywood in 1941 he founded the "Arnold Pressburger Films" and was able to realise some more productions.

Afterwards Arnold Pressburger worked for his newly founded "Allianz-Tonfilm" and later he worked for the Ufa as well as for his "Cine-Allianz Tonfilm GmbH".
- Till to his eviction from Germany and the expropriation of his company in 1935 because of his Jewish ancestry he produced the movies "Dolly macht Karriere" (1930), "Danton" (1931), "Berlin - Alexanderplatz" (1931), "Die englische Heirat" (1934) and "Mazurka" (1935).
- The producer Arnold Pressburger began his cinematical career as a film distributor with his own company "Philipp & Pressburger" which he carried successfully since 1911.
- Arnold Pressburger became an important movie producer from the second half of the 10s.
