He was awarded the Gold Medal upon his graduation from the Guildhall
School of Music and Drama in London, England.
After spending thirty years in the United Kingdom, he is now based in Northern California where he acts onstage at the Ubuntu Theatre in Oakland; Aurora Theatre in Berkeley and Jewel Theatre in Santa Cruz and teaches at the Berkeley Repertory Theatre School in Berkeley, California. .
He studied and graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama

[6 December 2005] Winner of Best Actor in a Leading Role at the Manchester Evening News Theatre Awards for his performance as "Victor Franz" in "The Price", by Arthur Miller, at the Library Theatre, Manchester, UK.
He also studied acting at the American Conservatory Theatre in San
Francisco, California.
Before moving to London, England in 1977, he performed with the California Shakespeare Festival and in the Berkeley, California area.
