Heavy metal band Attika 7 is taking over television this fall, as guitarist Rusty Coones has been cast in Season 5 of ‘Sons of Anarchy,’ and singer Evan Seinfeld will appear on VH1 Classic’s ‘That Metal Show.’ Coones will play nomad charter president Quinn on the upcoming season of FX’s hit drama series, which premieres on Tuesday, September 11 at 10/9c. Coones, who previously appeared on the Discovery Cannel’s bike club series, ‘The Devil’s Ride,’ this past spring, said “I am very honored and of course very excited to be chosen for a character role in this season’s ‘Sons of Anarchy’ especially with my long running relationship with the show. As news of his death continues to spread, friends and fans of towering Type O Negative frontman Peter Steele remembered the man with the black sense of humor, even blacker sense of fashion and a bellow that resonated for more than two decades.
"We have lost several artists over the years, but this is a biggie — this one hurts the most," Roadrunner Records A&R man Monte Conner, who first signed the band to the label in 1989, said in a statement posted Thursday (April 15). "Not just because Peter was a great, great guy, but he figures so prominently in the history of this company. He was a tortured soul for most of his life, and certainly for the entire time we all knew him.

Bad news kept haunting Hollywood celebs during the last trimester of 2009. In the course of October through December, there were deaths and break-ups. Nevertheless, that didn't keep some other public figures from celebrating their lives for good things that approached them, like engagement, marriage, and the birth of their babies.
October
Stephen Gately was found dead on October 10 on a sofa at his apartment located in Majorca, Spain by his same-sex partner Andrew Cowles. At that time, the pair was enjoying a holiday in the island. His sudden death sent shock to his Boyzone bandmates as they were working on a new studio album.

Adult film star Evan Seinfeld has hit out at his ex-wife Tera Patrick's allegations their relationship ended when he chose his porn career over her, insisting their marriage faced problems after she refused to have sex with him.
The busty brunette, who wed Seinfeld in 2004, claims they split in September when the Oz actor wouldn't sacrifice his adult filmmaking to save their romance.
But Seinfeld claims Patrick is just trying to garner press attention by speaking out about their failed marriage, which he maintains fell apart because they lacked intimacy.
He tells the New York Post's gossip column PageSix, "I'm very grateful to have worked with her, but I'm disappointed in the way she's handling things. It was a very amicable split, so this feels like a cheap shot.
"While it was great that we were the 'First Couple' of porn, the fact is Tera hates the industry. She's not a sexual person. We barely had sex in our own marriage. She's desperate to break into the mainstream, and just wants to generate press. I didn't choose porn over her. Our marriage had a lot of holes in it, despite what she claims. I chose freedom."
Patrick has not made a porn film since 2006.

Former adult film star Tera Patrick knew her marriage to Evan Seinfeld was over when she gave her husband an ultimatum - and he chose his porn career over her.
The busty brunette wed XXX actor Seinfeld in 2004 after a three-year relationship, but their marriage ran into trouble earlier this year and they split in September.
Patrick, who has not made a porn film since 2006, opens up about the break up in her new memoir, Sinner Takes All, revealing how devastated she was when Seinfeld refused to sacrifice his adult filmmaking to save their marriage.
She writes, "I said to Evan, 'I'm your wife, and that is the strongest bond two people should have, and that should come first. I've moved on from porn. And I want you to stop. You promised me you'd only do porn for a few years. Your few years are up.'
"My big point was this: almost every couple in porn breaks up and I didn't want to be another porn statistic. I didn't want the porn curse to hit us. I've seen it happen to other couples. Doing porn as a husband and wife team is safe, but once one branches out to do people outside the marriage, that's when the trouble seems to set in."
And Patrick insists she will never get over the pain of his betrayal: "Though it was my choice, that doesn't mean I wasn't devastated. I so wanted him to tell me he would quit and put me first. But he didn't and that will forever hurt."...

Radar Online has the court documents, which were filed in Los Angeles.
Tera Patrick, well known as a porn artist, got married to Evan Seinfeld, who is an actor and rock star, on January 9, 2004. The couple started Teravision together and Evan acted as Tera's manager. It was almost the same as last year's Adult Video Network Awards (Avn) in Las Vegas - Dave Navarro hosted the show again, interviewed lots of porn stars and starlets and, naturally, lots of interesting awards were given out.
This year's Avn kicked off this past weekend with pre-parties with porn stars galore. Dave Navarro, formerly of Jane's Addiction and now director of porn films and host of this year's Avn awards, partied with Tera Patrick, Navarro's co-host last year.
Friday night, Patrick joined Navarro at a happy hour at Lavo in the Palazzo, then they went to Tao to help club-goers party with an official afterparty.
Patrick and her husband, porn star Evan Seinfeld deejayed a little bit while Navarro worked the mic and kept the energy up from his VIP table. Coincidentally, January 9th was Patrick's and Seinfeld's wedding anniversary, and they celebrated at their room at the Las Vegas Hilton,...
