Actor Gashmeer Mahajani, who will be seen playing the character of Armaan, a werewolf in the show ‘Ishq Mein Ghayal’, shared his experience of performing stunts under the direction of popular action director Tinu Verma.
He said: “It was for the first time that I worked with Tinu on this show, and I think I don’t need to validate that he is one of the finest technicians and action directors that our country has today, and I have grown up watching the films that he has done action sequences for.”
Tinu worked as a stunt director in the films such as ‘Khuda Gawah’, ‘Himmat’, ‘Loafer’, ‘Darr’ and many more. Gashmeer shared that since childhood he used to watch and follow the action sequences from his films.
“I used to imitate them when I was a kid, watching all his 90s superhit movies or Amitji’s(Amitabh Bachchan) films in the past.

Tinu Verma, who was absconding after his brother Manmohan Verma recently pressed charges against him alleging him of hitting him with a sword, was finally found and arrested. Manmohan, the action director of Madras Cafe is currently in the hospital recovering the injuries caused by his brother. Apparently, the two were on loggerheads for some months because of a property issue. When Manmohan saw some of Tinu's men working in his residence, he lost his cool and tried to stop the boys. This in turn aggravated Tinu's temper and Tinu hit his brother with a sword. Manmohan suffered some serious injuries and a surgery was inevitable where they inserted two metal rods inside the action director's legs.

Mumbai, Aug 29: Bollywood action director Tinnu Verma, who was absconding after allegedly attacking his step-brother Manohar, is now in police custody, police officials here confirmed Thursday.
When contacted by Ians, an official at Kurar Police Station in Malad East, where the case against Tinnu was registered, said: "Yes, Tinnu was arrested last night (Wednesday). But we can't reveal any further details more than this."
Jitendra, Manohar's real brother, too confirmed the news, saying: "I got a call from the police that they have arrested Tinnu last night and now he is in police custody."

Director Anil Sharma is living a nightmare. The director is having trouble since he started shooting for Salman Khan starrer Veer. The trouble began when Anil wanted to shoot a scene in a particular way while Salman had a different opinion on that matter. They had a huge argument over this. The next time when Anil came on the sets, he saw that the action director, Tinu Verma, had already started shooting the scenes. When Anil asked him to let him see the rehearsals and scenes that had been filmed, Tinu asked him to wait, since he was in between a shot. Anil lost his temper.
