Husband,
Ken Williams, was the founder and a CEO for over
20 years of On-Line Systems (which in 1980 became Sierra On-Line). In
its early days he took on the daunting task of programming Roberta's
hand-written game concept into the first graphic-text adventure game
ever created. Dubbed Mystery House, the game's marriage of text and
graphics became the standard upon which all other graphics adventures
were measured.
