Thomas Jarzombek
1993 Studied economics at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. 1996 Intermediate diploma and founding of an IT consulting company based in Düsseldorf, where he was managing partner until 2013 and shareholder until the end of 2017. Member of the German Bundestag since 2009.
1994 to 2001 District Chairman of the Junge Union Düsseldorf. 2000 to 2006 Deputy State Chairman of the Junge Union NRW. Since 2007 member of the state executive committee of the CDU NRW. Since 2014 District Chairman of the CDU Düsseldorf. Since 2015, deputy district chairman of the Bergisches Land CDU. Since 2021, he has been a member of the federal executive committee of the Mittelstands- und Wirtschaftsunion (MIT). Since 2022, Thomas Jarzombek has also been a member of the Federal Executive Committee of the CDU of Germany.

In the current legislative period, spokesman of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group for the Education, Research and Technology Assessment Committee and member of the Digital Affairs Committee.
