An award-winning filmmaker, Peter is a graduate of Southampton Solent University, where he studied film under the great Ken Russell.
He is also a graduate of the AUB (Arts University Bournemouth), where he took the Audio Visual Design course, the same one attended by Edgar Wright (although several years later than Wright).
He is singer/songwriter with rock band Living Dead Island, which he founded in 2018 with Tom Garrett (ex of Max Raptor) and Adam Brennan (Fat White Family). He has written and directed music videos for songs from their first album, which are usually well-observed spoofs of specific horror movie sub-genres; Playboy model Monica Harris starred in the first of this series, Buried Alive In A Voodoo Nightmare, and since then they have featured actors from mainstream horror cinema, such as Mike Collins (Cockneys Vs Zombies) and Christopher George (World of The Dead, The Zombie Diaries).
Peter has just finished directing his debut feature, Plaguepits: The Torture Dead, featuring Bill Hutchens (star of the Human Centipede movie series) and Nicholas Vince (star of the Hellraiser movie series).
Director of photography on the film is legendary cinematographer Gerry Lively, DOP on such genre classics as Hellraiser III, Hellraiser IV, Waxwork, Waxwork II, Return of The Living Dead III, Children of The Corn III and Necronomicon, and director of movies in the famous Dungeons And Dragons franchise.
Peter is a gifted artist and cartoonist (his work has been featured on the Horrorbuzz site) and his detailed sketches and designs form the basis for the costumes and creature FX as well as the intricate and surreal torture devices created for the film.
Peter writes for HorrorBuzz and Mensa Magazine (with an IQ of 162, putting him into the top 1% of intellectually gifted people worldwide, he is a long-standing member of Mensa, the genius-level IQ society).
