House of Kardashian, a British docuseries about the Kardashian family’s rise to fame and global impact, will soon make its streaming debut in the United States. Caitlyn Jenner is heavily featured in House of Kardashian, which examines the famous family’s dynamic, personal struggles, and business empire. It will debut on Peacock on Thursday, November 16. Other members of the Karashian-Jenner family declined to take part in the three-part docuseries. While you can’t expect to see exclusive interviews with Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney Kardashian or Kris, Kendall, or Kylie Jenner, other family insiders, such as Kim’s former friend Rachel Sterling, appear in the series. It also features never-before-seen archival footage of the famous family. Smokin' hot actress Rachel Sterling and her "Dancing with the Stars" Bf learned the hard way ... jerking the steering wheel while someone else is driving is never a good idea. Rachel's considerable assets have been seen on "True Blood," "Entourage," "Wedding Crashers," "The Man Show" ... the list goes on, thankfully. But back to the story ... law enforcement sources tell us, Rachel and Damian Whitewood -- an ex-'dwts' pro -- were driving in L.A. Thursday night when they started arguing.

The Helpers
Stars: Kristen Quintrall, Denyce Lawton, Christopher Jones, JoJo Wright, Rachel Sterling, Black Thomas, Dustin Harnish, Cameron Diskin, Braxton Davis | Directed by Chris Stokes
Music producer-turned-film director Chris Stokes (You Got Served) turns his hands to horror with The Helpers. And whilst his early work featured a number of rappers and singers he has produced and worked with, this is his first movie Not to follow that format. This time round Stokes takes a bunch of relative unknowns (the majority of whom are credited with small roles in TV fare) and casts them in a movie that blends traditional filmmaking with that most risible of genres – the found-footage film.

Chris Stokes' ('You Got Served') new torture horror flick 'The Helpers' certainly appears to be quite the mixing pot of horror films and themes past and present. The new teaser trailer for the movie has showed up and does feature what seems to be quite the heavily influenced style. Still it may just be cut of the trailer, we shall see when it sees its release. The film stars the gorgeous Kristen Quintrall (below) along with Denyce Lawton, Christopher Jones, JoJo Wright, Rachel Sterling, Black Thomas, Dustin Harnish, Cameron Diskin and Braxton Davis. If you're fans of overly long and way too detailed plot synopses then you're going to love this one below! The trailer can be viewed below also....

Is the world ready for a torture porn movie from the director of You Got Served? No, it’s not called You Got Sawed. The title is The Helpers. Sadly, it’s not about African-American maids in Mississippi in the 1960’s getting revenge against their racist white employers by going all Jigsaw on them.
Kristen Quintrall (Wolvezbayne), Denyce Lawton (“House of Payne”), Christopher Jones (You Got Served, JoJo Wright (Bring it On: All or Nothing, and former “The Man Show” juggy dancer Rachel Sterling star in Chris Stokes' (You Got Served, House Party 4) upcoming The Helpers.
Here’s a plot synopsis that by the third paragraph goes from merely summarizing the story to spoiling major plot twists. Read at your own peril.
Seven friends, three couples (Claire, Todd, Jordan, Brandy, Ryan, and Anna) and their tag-along buddy Phil from Sacramento, California, all decide to go on a trip to Las Vegas.

2011 brought a lot of great horror films. From Stake Land to A Lonely Place to Die, there were a lot of films to watch and enjoy. 2011 also served up a lot of misery as well. Here at 28Dla, this reviewer has learned to dodge a few bullets in the movie world. Admittedly, this reviewer skipped Fred Andrews' Creature in theatres and the latest forced production of the Hellraiser series, titled Hellraiser: Revelations was also missed thanks to some early reviews. However a few films slipped under the radar or were shipped to the 28Dla HQ with little warning or previous info'. These are some of those films.
Some of the elements that made a terrible film this year were the inability to create tension or to create interesting characters. Without tension or thrills what is a horror film? As well, not providing any backstory for a character is a...

So video killed the radio star and the smart phone killed the bar room debate, but the "dark ages" were not a nostalgic time of ignorant bliss to be mourned like Ted did on this week's episode,"Mystery vs. History."
He, of all people, should have never doubted the value of foresight as it pertained to his dating record. Robin and Barney hacked into our hearts once again as we flashed back to them snapping into "research mode" each time Ted announced a new woman in his life.
The smart phone is not America's favorite food, but it is the greatest thing since sliced bread, although even a mini-fridge fetish wasn't enough to freeze out Ted from the beautiful Paula (Rachel Sterling).
A reluctant Kevin could only hold his tongue for so long before letting Robin and her friends know what he really thought about them. (See Fisher Stevens role...

Group of students stuck in detention are attacked by a malevolent spirit intent on revenge for his death some 30 odd years ago.
Detention starts out on the slow side with some especially hokey and unconvincing CGI horror inspired effects. However, Detention keeps getting better ....and better as it goes along. It captures the inherent spookiness of being in a darkened building during the middle of a thunderstorm. It has some suspenseful moments of the characters trying to find a way out of their predicament. And it has some appealing character vignettes due to a likable cast. The thing is, Detention never fully gels. It's just too jerky and uneven. Detention throws out many ideas, many notions. Some of it works, some of it doesn't.
