CBS' page program may lack the cachet of NBC's storied apprenticeship (highlighted on 30 Rock, it counts Michael Eisner and Aubrey Plaza as alumni). But since its 1952 launch, the Tiffany Network's program has trained the likes of CAA's Bryan Lourd and Rick Kurtzman as well as Warner Bros.' Sue Palladino. And his personal trainer Raphael Picaud took his own life in July, confirm friends of the French fitness guru, who ran the exercise studio Body Maxx Exclusive Training Center in Los Angeles.

The Shakespeare In Love beauty is currently relaxing on fashion giant Valentino's luxury yacht following only a single weekend off between back to back films - which had created tension between the Hollywood starlet and her agent Rick Kurtzman. A New York friend reports, "She was burned out, and furious with Kurtzman for pushing her into all these films." Her Los Angeles press agent, Stephen Huvane, confirms Paltrow now hopes to recapture her private life, so she has some raw material to use for her thespian studies in the future. He says, "Ask any actor - they need real life experiences to pull from. If you work too much, you don't live - she's living!"...
