The truth can be very frustrating when all you have is lies on your side.
CNN’s Donie O’Sullivan confronted MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell during his three-day “cyber symposium” in South Dakota this week. The event was supposed to prove once and for all that China was involved in “stealing” the 2020 election from former president Donald Trump. But like the event itself—which lacked any election fraud evidence at all—MyPillow guy’s interview with O’Sullivan was also an epic dumpster fire.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) disclosed this week that in February 2020, his wife purchased stock in a company that makes an anti-viral once thought to be a treatment for Covid-19. Sen. John Kennedy went on Fox News on Thursday to make it perfectly clear that he knows how effective and important the covid-19 vaccines are. He also made it perfectly clear that that knowledge won’t stop him from cravenly caving to his party’s anti-vax fanaticism.

The disinformation network known as Fox News recently told its viewers that Dr. Anthony Fauci is the “guy who created covid” after, mere days earlier, another host said the White House’s chief medical adviser had been unfairly “vilified” and treated as though he’s “Lex Luthor.”
On Wednesday, Fox’s Tucker Carlson continued with his callous and dangerous campaign to downplay the effectiveness of the coronavirus vaccine, escalating his efforts to discredit the nation’s leading infectious disease expert by falsely labeling Fauci as “the guy who created covid.

With new reports from both the World Health Organization and Biden administration officials expressing the need for a more definitive explanation regarding the origins of the coronavirus, the president’s chief medical adviser, Anthony Fauci, was asked if his thinking has changed on the controversial topic.
After saying that he’s keeping an “open mind” until something is proven, either way, Fauci said that he and other experts in the field believe Covid-19 was “most likely” first transmitted via natural origins, meaning from animal to human and was not created and leaked from a lab.

Dr. Anthony Fauci said the crowd’s positive reaction to the dangerous anti-vaccine message emanating from the stage at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Texas this weekend was “horrifying” and “frightening.”
On Sunday, CNN’s Jake Tapper showed Biden’s chief medical adviser a video clip from Cpac where the crowd loudly cheered while a conservative author boasted about the government having trouble reaching a higher percentile of U.S. citizens vaccinated.
“They were hoping, the government was hoping that they could sort of sucker 90 percent of the population into getting vaccinated.

Republican South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham denied the existence of systemic racism in America and used the elections of former President Barack Obama and current Vice President Kamala Harris as his “proof.”

Testifying before Congress on Earth Day, Greta Thunberg, the 18-year-old Swedish climate activist, warned of the dire consequences if the United States continues to subsidize the fossil fuel industry. The fact that these subsidies exist, she said, is “clear proof that we have not understood the climate emergency at all.”

Trump “hasn’t shown any interest in doing the work or helping anybody except himself and his friends or treating...

One day after the country set a single-day record for positive Covid-19 cases—77,000 —the nation’s top infectious disease expert told Americans that the president is more detached than ever from the government’s leading scientists and health officials.
Dr. Anthony Fauci told Meet the Press host Chuck Todd on Friday that not only has Trump stopped attending coronavirus task force meetings for “several months” but the number of meetings themselves has “diminished.” Fauci said the shift from several meetings per week to only one has coincided with the president...

In a trainwreck of an interview, Trump Campaign National Press Secretary Hogan Gidley gave little insight into his candidate’s debate prep for Thursday night’s event but did share his thoughts on the well-known liberal bias of plexiglass.
After refusing to answer simple and fundamental pre-debate questions from MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson — like did the president prep and if so with whom — the host moved on and asked about some of the differences the second debate will feature.
Asked about the plexiglass dividers that have already been installed at...

The make America great again president proved once again, during a Friday night rally in Georgia, that’s it’s really just all about him. With coronavirus cases rising under his watch, and 218,000 of his fellow citizens already dead from the virus, Trump took time out of another super spreader event to whine about how the embarrassment of possibly losing to Joe Biden might tempt him to flee the country.
Of course, the very notion of a Trump-free America would thrill millions, but the narcissistic nature of the president’s comments is telling.

During a Miami town hall on Thursday night, a woman seated behind Trump captured as much if not more attention than the president himself.
While Trump answered questions from NBC’s Savannah Guthrie, a woman could be seen emphatically nodding in agreement with the president and giving a thumbs-up throughout the event and, of course, the internet took notice.
Following the Town Hall, the Miami Herald’s Alex Daughtery told the world what they needed to know: Who is this person whom social media had by then labeled “Nodding Lady?...

On Thursday, the president continued his post-Walter Reed call-in interview tour with Trump-friendly hosts who offer no pushback to his lies, attacks and boasts.
Today’s stooge, Fox Business’ Stuart Varney, allowed Trump to ramble for most of the 42-minute interview, making sure that when he did interject it was only to toss the president one softball question after another.
Here’s a rundown of some of the wild things the president said:
Trump attacked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi saying, “She has a lot of mental problems.”

Dr. Anthony Fauci’s displeasure with the news that he may, again, be used in a Trump presidential campaign ad was palpable during a Monday appearance on CNN.
When host Jake Tapper told the nation’s top infectious disease expert about his reporting regarding the Trump team’s plans to do another ad featuring him, Fauci strongly condemned that possibility.
“What would you say if I told you I heard that the Trump campaign was actually preparing to do another ad featuring you?” Tapper asked.
“You know, that would be terrible.

Trump complained vociferously about the way he is treated by Fox News during his interview with Rush Limbaugh, and if he happens to catch some of what the network’s weekend hosts said following his Covid-19 super spreader event at the White House on Saturday, the ‘roided-up president might just blow a gasket.
Before tossing to a panel discussion about how the president performed today, host Arthel Neville gave it to Fox viewers straight by saying that Trump went out of his way to cajole some of the people of color in the crowd,...

In his first public event since leaving Walter Reed Medical Center this week, President Trump who continues to remain silent about whether he is now free of the virus, instead, dangerously called on his supporters to gather on the South Lawn of the White House on Saturday to hear him deliver hateful remarks directed at his political opponents.
Trump shared nothing new during the nearly 20-minute speech but presumably felt his presence alone was worth the risk of motivating 500 or so of his cult followers to attend an event where they stood close together,...

President Trump is using the soft terrain over at Fox to restart campaigning after his contracting Covid-19 and spending several days at Walter Reed hospital.
Trump called into two sycophants on Thursday. First, he spoke with Maria Bartiromo in a grueling, for viewers, 55-minute-long unhinged Q&a. He followed that bonkers interview with a scattered and evasive primetime call with superfan Sean Hannity.
The president covered most of the same ground during both interviews. But his ducking of Hannity’s multiple questions about whether Trump has been tested since he...

In his first live interview since announcing that he tested positive for the coronavirus, President Trump called into Maria Bartiromo’s Fox program on Thursday and wasted no time in proving that he is still an awful human being.
The president, with guidance from the Trump sycophant Fox host, hit many of his usual unhinged, baseless, racist, dangerous, callous, boast-filled notes during the 55-minute call-in interview.
Trump said nothing about the slew of people in his administration who have contracted the virus and suggested, without providing any proof, that Gold Star...

President Trump ended a Saturday of confusing mixed messages from White House officials and Walter Reed Medical Center doctors about practically everything surrounding his positive test for the coronavirus by releasing a muddled video statement recap of his current situation that cleared nothing up.
In the video, the president first thanked the medical experts at Walter Reed. Trump said he’s feeling better than when he first arrived at the medical center on Friday. The president went on to say that he and the doctors are trying to get him...

Following the news that President Trump tested positive for the coronavirus, Fox’s Chris Wallace seems determined to push aside some of the pro-Trump agenda of his on-air colleagues and focus on truth-telling instead.
On Friday morning, Wallace told the Trump propaganda-spewing panelists on Fox and Friends about how, during this week’s debate that he moderated, the first family and other Trump surrogates entered the debate hall wearing masks but then removed after they were seated.
Wallace said that his own family, as well as Joe Biden’s family and campaign staff,...

As the CNN graphic tabulating coronavirus dead neared 200,000, the news network’s White House reporter described to the audience how utterly removed from reality the president of the United States actually is.
“In a stunning departure from reality, President Trump is giving himself the best possible grade for his handling of the coronavirus,” Jim Acosta said before rolling audio of Trump telling Fox News on Monday that he would give himself an A+ on his management of the pandemic.
