Keith A. Sklar
- Additional Crew
Keith Sklar was born on March 6, 1980 in Nanuet, NY. He was raised a
devout Yankee fan, and bleeds Pinstripes to this day. He picked up his
love for acting in 1999, his freshman year at Indiana University. Keith
watched Bobby Knight's antics during basketball games and quickly
realized that his flair for 'dramatic behavior' was something Keith
wanted to emulate. Soon after, Keith began painting his body red and
acting like a clown at IU basketball games. However, Keith's first
foray into acting did not go as planned, as Bob Knight was soon fired
for inappropriate behavior. Needless to say, Keith was devastated. He
realized that, like Coach Knight, his antics were foolish and
irresponsible and no way for a young adult to behave. As such, Keith's
dreams of acting were derailed, and he never was given the chance to
show off his considerable acting talents. He went on to graduate from
Indiana University, but put aside his love of acting to pursue a career
in advertising sales.
Keith continues to be a successful salesperson to this day. He considers his mentor, Bob C., to be like the 'Yoda of ad sales,' and works every day to hopefully takeover as an ad sales master like Bob.
Keith still sees 1,000 movies a year, and has even made some feeble YouTube videos that reviewed movies like Transformers. Keith's favorite movie is 'anything that includes Dom DeLuise,' and he believes Fabio is underrated as an actor.
Keith lives with his wife and dog in NYC, and uses his Facebook page to inexplicably promote WeatherBug every chance he gets.
