Earlier tonight the red carpet went down in Leicester Square for the second time this week, as the cast and crew of Diana came out for the film’s premiere.
It’s been 16 years since Diana’s death, and from the size of the crowds in the Square it would appear that public interest in the former Princess of Wales hasn’t waned. Nor it seems has press interest, and we joined the huddled masses of journalists, packed into the press pens waiting to speak to the stars and cast of the movie.
Our aim for the evening was simple, to find out what it was like for the cast and crew to recreate a little known period in the life of one of the 20th Century’s most famous women.
