Rachel J. Goodgion was born and raised in South Dakota, but moved early in her life to Seoul, South Korea to pursue work as a musician. After arriving in South Korea, Rachel was scouted for fashion modeling and began life as an expat in South Korea, modeling and performing in various music venues until 2018 when Rachel was cast for a small part on a television show.
Rachel began acting professionally that same year, training in Meisner Method and successfully was cast in several feature film roles. Rachel has since worked both in front of and behind the camera and has taken on huge roles in production, writing, and directing within the expat community in Seoul and is continuing her career in the United States as of March, 2023, with the release of her biggest personal project, Normies (2023), coming soon.
Rachel has a variety of unique talents and experiences, such as fluency in Korean, modeling, singing, musical prowess (Rachel has won several awards as a saxophonist and singer, as well as playing keys, guitar and bass guitar), and an extensive career in martial arts; especially Krav Maga.
