Welcome back to another review of Aew Dark: Elevation, which features seven matches on the card. We’ve got regulars Paul Wight and Matt Menard on commentary as usual. So let’s get into the review!
Match #1: Juice Robinson def. Fuego del Sol
My Thoughts: Fuego del Sol going up against Juice Robinson? I’m not sure if Fuego has had a come-up or Robinson has had a step-down. But given Robinson’s high profile in Japan I didn’t expect him to be wrestling Any matches on YouTube for Aew… but hey, I don’t know everything. Still a decent match-up and Fuego at least is back working again – dude’s been missed Imho.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #2: Athena def. Evelyn Carter
My Thoughts: Hmmmmm, let’s see, an Athena match on YouTube against enhancement talent (aka a jobber) what could the outcome be? Squash!

Welcome back to another review of Aew Dark: Elevation, which features eight matches on the card. We’ve got regulars Paul Wight and Matt Menard on commentary as usual. So let’s get into the review!
Match #1: Dark Order def. El Dragon, El Cobarde, and Vary Morales
My Thoughts: I’ll repeat Exactly what I said last week… Another win (and appearance in fact) for Dark order on Aew’s YouTube shows. No sure what the plan is for this now-diminished faction but they’re back doing skits about hiring folks to be in the group on Bte, so maybe that’s a good sign? Otherwise, this was your typical Dark Order squash match against enhancement talent.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Big Bill def. Gino
My Thoughts: Squash! And one that went on too long for a squash match. Ridiculous.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #3: Jade Cargill and Leila Grey def.

Welcome back to another review of Aew Dark: Elevation, which features nine matches on the card. We’ve got regulars Paul Wight and Matt Menard (who also opens the show in a match) on commentary. So let’s get into the review!
Match #1: Matt Menard and Angelo Parker def. The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate)
My Thoughts: This was a standard squash match from Menard and Parker, the only notable thing was that the crowd really weren’t into this match at all. A damp squib.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Juice Robinson def. Jake Crist
My Thoughts: Woah… Former Impact wrestler Jake Crist in an Aew match-up against Juice Robinson and it wasn’t a total squash! In fact, Crist gave Robinson a run for his money in this one.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5 Match #3: Dark Order def. Renny D, Matt Brannigan, and Crash Jaxson

Another week, another episode of Aew: Dark which this week features eight matches and takes us back to the typical Dark studio setting rather than coming from on the road… Anyway, on with the review.
Match #1: Britt Baker def. Billie Starkz
My Thoughts: This was a fantastic opening match, with Billie Starkz giving Britt Baker a decent run, almost getting the win with a super-close pinfall attempt. Starkz even made Baker bleed! Apparently this was filmed a while ago, which takes some of the momentum out of the finished product but still, I really enjoyed this one.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Dark Order def. Baliyan Akki, Marcus Kross & Vary Morales
My Thoughts: Dark Order versus enhancement talent… Oh, I wonder who;s going to win this one? And what do you know, it’s also a squash! Yes, this one weas another by-the-book Aew YouTube match for the Dark Order.

Welcome back to another review of Aew Dark: Elevation, which this week keeps the match count low, with only 7 matches on this week’s show – the last Elevation of 2022! We’ve got Paul Wight on commentary, so let’s get into the review.
Match #1: Nyla Rose and Marina Shafir def. Leva Bates and Karizma
My Thoughts: This felt very much like Nyla Rose and Marina Shafir going through the motions, as if this was either put together at the last minute or the duo were off their game – which is odd given how good they’ve been together recently. Still, a squash is a squash.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Julia Hart def. Promise Braxton
My Thoughts: Julia Hart gets another singles match and it’s another quick squash match to help build Hart into the kind of monster she needs to be as part of the House of Black.

Match #1: Dynamite Diamond Battle Royale – Winner: Ricky Starks The following is courtesy of allelitewrestling.com:
The winner will face the Aew World Champion Mjf at a later date for control of the Dynamite Diamond ring. Dustin Rhodes eliminated Kip Sabian after a Canadian Destroyer! Butcher and Dustin duked it out on the ring apron until Butcher blasted Dustin with a lariat to eliminate Rhodes. Starks eliminated the Butcher after ramming him with a shoulder. Jack Perry took out Lee Moriarty with a hurracanrana over the top rope. Jungle Boy was trying to hold onto the rope when W. Morrissey clubbed him down and then choke slammed Jungle Boy on the ring apron.

Welcome back to another review of Aew Dark: Elevation, this week features more main roster names than usual and another 9-match card! We’ve got Tony Schiavone, Paul Wight, and Matt Menard on commentary, so let’s get into the review.
Match #1: Nick Comoroto def. Hagane Shinno
My Thoughts: Interesting to see Comoroto booked as a monster once again, with Shinno booked as the plucky underdog who could not get the big man down. That’s not to say Shinno didn’t put in the effort but it was like watching a fly trying to beatdown a bulldog! Comoroto spent a bit too much time playing to the crowd but still, this was an Ok start to the show.
My Score: 1.5 out of 5 Match #2: Nyla Rose and Marina Shafir def. Kitty Lafleur and Alice Crowley
My Thoughts: Can you say squash match?! This was the usual Nyla/Shafir...

Match #1: Men’s World Championship Eliminator Tournament Quarter-Final Match – Ricky Starks def. Lance Archer The following is courtesy of allelitewrestling.com:
The match began backstage with both brutes brawling! Lance threw Starks like a lawn dart into an overhead garage door in the back of the arena. Archer jumped over the guardrail right onto Ricky Starks. The bell to begin the match finally rang. Starks hit a lariat on Archer, sending Archer over the top rope and onto the arena floor. Archer fought back with a chokeslam to Ricky onto the ring apron. Ricky fought his...

Orange Cassidy was accompanied by the Best Friends and Danhausen. Shibata grabbed a headlock on Cassidy while Cassidy had his hands in his pockets. Cassidy ducked a kick from Shibata. Cassidy took flight with a tope suicida on Shibata! Shibata whipped Orange into the steel guardrails. Shibata and Orange traded forearms outside the ring. Orange Cassidy landed a diving Ddt and then a running dropkick to Shibata in the corner! Shibata rallied back,...

Welcome back to another review of Aew Dark: Elevation, this week features nine matches and a number of big-name stars! We’ve got Tony Schiavone, Paul Wight and Matt Menard on commentary, so let’s get into the review…
Match #1: Madison Rayne def. Diamante
My Thoughts: Great to see Diamante back in action on Aew programming and she actually looked like she was having fun, even cracking a smile! Though that didn’t last long as Madison Rayne rolled her up and stole the win – even though Diamante did all the work! Short and sweet.
My Score: 2 out of 5 Match #2: Frankie Kazarian def. Rhett Titus
My Thoughts: Roh wrestler Rhett Titus makes another appearance on Aew programming, though it’s been about 6 months since we last saw him, losing to the awesome Konosuke Takeshita. Titus’ Aew losing streak continues as Kazarian controlled this match from the bell, with...

Match #1: Aew World Championship Eliminator Match – Jon Moxley def. Matt Menard The following is courtesy of allelitewrestling.com:
Angelo Parker was on the ropes, barking at the champ. Moxley took his frustration out on Daddy Magic, throwing him out of the ring and then whipping Menard into the guardrail. Mox charged at Menard in the ring but Menard countered with forearms. Moxley countered a piledriver but Parker wiped out Mox outside the ring as the ref was distracted by Menard. Menard hoisted up Mox and crotched him on the steel ring post! Back in the ring, Mox and Matt slugged it out.
