John Ramsey was born on December 7, 1943 in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. He has been married to Jan Rousseaux since July 21, 2011. He was previously married to Patsy Ramsey and Lucinda Lou Pasch.
Was a manager with Access Graphics before the death of his six year-old
daughter, JonBenét Ramsey.
Was the police's prime suspect in the murder of his six-year-old
daughter. JonBenét Ramsey was found on 26th December 1996 in the basement of
the family house is Boulder. She had been strangled, hit over the head
and sexually abused. The case still hasn't been solved and no one has
been arrested.
JonBenet's older stepsister, Beth Ramsey, was killed in a car accident, a few years before her own death.
Tried for Michigan House of Representatives in 2004.
John and his wife, Patsy Ramsey, wrote a book, "The Death of Innocence",
which was published in 2000, about JonBenet's death.
